Pros:
The car was amazing but the upgrade ended up costing me double the gas from the original car class. Instead of an SUV I would of kept the Economy car and saved on gas.Cons:
On top of costing more in gas, I got to use the windshield washer only once to notice it was empty. Had to stop and pay an extra 6,75$ for washer fluid on a RENTAL. Who’d guessed it wasn’t included in the fees and taxes!10.0 Wonderful

Put On 4700 k.m. In nine days and no hint of annoyance. nice smile quick turnaround. However, two years aga I had reserved a car for five days starting Monday 9 a.m. When I got there, there was no car available. Was told I could get one in the p.m. No remorse, no excuses. That is why I had not rented from them in two years. This time, all was good.2.0 Poor
