I liked the car cleanness and quality with regard to comfort and fuel consumption but the most disturbing point is that at the time of booking the kilometres were unlimited, but at the time of pickup the clerk changed it to 200km/day and justified that being non-tourist and the unlimited kilometres are for tourists only!!!!!!!! I could not cancel the booking at that time because I had a long trip and 5 people were waiting for the travel to the conference. In addition, he insisted that the limit was in miles and extra miles would cost 0.2$ but when the bill was finalized it was in Km!!!!!!!! I believe these people should increase their transparency rather than showing a lower price than the market but compensating that in different ways. so disappointed with that.. Abubakr 5149697022

Got a smaller car then we had spoken suddenly new expenses came up ended up paying double than what was written on the contract

Great end to end service provided: nice car and economy budget. Though I am satisfied with the final cost of the rental, I would have appreciated more clarity between the following 3 billing phases: 1) on the web site / internet (1 month before the actual rental); 2) on the signed contract ($ wise) during actual rental; 3) on the received final bill (1 day after having rendered the car). They do not seem in synch.

Very unprofessional behavior, and this company is already have a reputation in scamming a lot of customers, they haven’t return $500 that took it as deposit,,and also yesterday they got a extra $31 charge to my card, that I don’t know why, I am disputing this charge, and also I find you responsible for this situation, because you make deal with scammers, plus very miserable treatment from the gut in the office, first he refused to pick me up in the airport, telling me that they stopped pick up customers, because Covid, that was a lie, and also yesterday when I went to return the car , he refused to let me used the toilet, never been so humiliating and treated like a garbage, VERY MISERABLE TREATMENT, AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TGIS, THAT MADE ME TO DEAL WITH IT, , THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER,,,I AM VERY UP SET, DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE,

This office was NOT at the terminal. When I arrived at the terminal, the office was closed already. I was stranded for 19 hours, no cars available the next morning. Will never use Kayak for ental car ever again. Going forward, I will use by phone reservation, the good old fashion way.

I liked nothing about the experienceFirst, I couldn’t understand the lady on the phone. I had struggles to find the driver who came to pick me from the airport. Once there, I asked for the price of the hold on my credit card and they said 500$. Which I found ridiculously expensive. Even if I didn’t take the car, they took the money from my credit card, and told me to call the company to be reimbursed. So no, it was the worst experience ever
