Pros: Yes, to allCons: I didn't find out until I arrived on Saturday that you closed at 4pm. And if I wasn't back by 4PM I had to pay quite a bit more. I wish I had known the time constraint in advance. If I bring the car back at 5 and drop off the keys, I don't understand why you would charge me an extra day.

Car smelled like tobacco or pot.Pros: Great price.Cons: Checking out took a long time, I almost got charged for being an hour late at a price equal to 2 days' rental, when in fact I was early. It took a while to get it reversed. But the car smelled strongly of pot, or maybe cigarettes.

Not acted as promisedCons: we rented a car from Hertz through Kayak for 12 days from 11-Dec-2017 to 23-Dec-2017. We picked up the car on 11th at 12:50 PM from Richmond Hill (Gamble/Yonge) location and returned the car to the same location on 15-Dec-2017 at 12:10 PM because we did not need the car anymore. We got charged totally 312 CAD from which we prepaid 258.73 CAD online at the time of reservation and paid the rest in the Hertz branch at the time of pickup. We were told if we bring the car anytime earlier than Dec, 23rd, we will be charged for one extra day and the rest of the money will be refunded to us. When we returned the car, we asked for the refund but they told us they have not charged us and Kayak has charged us and referred us to Kayak and unfortunately when we called Kayak, we received a very poor and unrespectable service and they referred us back to Hertz (back and forth). I have shared this terrible experience with my family and friends and will not recommend renting a car with any car rental through Kayak.

Great car, ordinary customer servicePros: Great car, new and very clean.Cons: Sales agent was unfriendly! Told us off for being late to collect the car - 1.30pm rather than 12pm. Overcharged on drop off which was refunded when queried. Could have been a better experience without a lot of effort.

Pros: Pleasant reception. David was very warm and keen to serve. The car was not ready and he wasn’t sure they had one but looked around and eventually got me a car. He called me two days later to find out if everything was okay. No issues getting a ride home when I returned the car.Cons: Lack of flexibility. I wanted to return the car a day earlier but was told the price would not change. I still struggle to understand why they couldn’t give a discount, no matter how small, for returning the car earlier.

Very please with servicePros: Checked around and Enterprise offered the best value by far. Checking in and out was very fast even on a busy morning. Also had many different model/type of vehicles to choose from.Cons: No parking for my car at the location.
