Car was fine, pick-up and drop were fine. My issue would be with the signage on the buses (on EVERY window of the bus) letting passengers know you are limiting the number of people onboard and requiring all to wear masks to protect us. And then the driver just keeps on letting people board - every seat was taken, people were standing and maskless.Cons:

The vehicle was dirty inside and out, windshield has smudges all over the inside glass, car had not been vacuumed well, the outside was dirty as well. My first time using your service outta DIA and was kinda disappointed compared to my usual rental. Also the car was not in the best shape considering I paid for a premium vehicle, a Cadillac what was dirty, had a few dents and scratches, around the car the wheels were curb rashes pretty good. I get they are rental vehicles trust me I do, I used a rental often but when you pay for a upgrade you kind of expect and nice well kept vehicle for your money. The car also had a slight odor to it when we got, not sure exactly what it was but it went away about a day or two later so it wasn’t too bad. This review is not meant in a bashful way, it’s constructive feedback. Your customer service was wonderful as I said and customer service goes a lot farther in my book so for that I appreciate the service but the cars could use a litter more attention. The Pick up experience took over an hour from the shuttle dropping me off at the rental facility, to being taken to the car. it appeared as if there was no plan to help the volume of customers arriving in the late Friday evening, even though this is ski season and they knew full well the number of renters who would arrive. In addition, the people at the check in counter aggressively upsold, convincing me that I should pre-pay for a full tank of gas when that was not the best thing for me. I was upsold a 4wd bc the worker told me I would get turned around in Colorado for having 2wd, and was misinformed of the price too (there was no checkpoint, didn’t need it, paid more than what I was told) 2. The car pick up took way too long, apparently it was everyone’s first day so in training (literally, they told me) 3. I was OVERcharged and not given back a refund/credit 4. They use the Avis shuttle but do not tell you that. I wanted 45 minutes for the shuttle until driver told me that they were also picking up Payless customers. Picking up the car was awful. They tried to charge me for an upgrade after saying they didn't have any cars in the class I reserved. Then the car they assigned me to was already occupied by another customer that was also assigned the same car. It took a long time to actually get the car I reserved. I felt like I was being scammed. A different employee helped me after I was assigned an occupied car. He was great. He gave me the car I had reserved and did it quickly. No problems after that. Also, I could not reach customer service by phone to ask about shuttle. Calls would not go through or were not answered4.0 Mediocre

The car was obviously not cleaned, there were crumbs in the steering wheel and change in the center console, the windshield was impossible to see though at night because it was so dirty (like it had been sprayed to be cleaned and never wiped off), the rearview mirror was broken and jiggled while the car was in motion. When it came time for drop-off, the address on the contract printout was incorrect so the GPS would have taken us the wrong way had we not realized it was obviously the wrong way.2.0 Poor

Cons:
The Payless location was closed. I had to figure out with no signage at the Payless location or information on my reservation that the Avis location was servicing Payless customers. There was absolutely NO communication about this. I had to walk with 3 bags to the Avis location after being stranded at the Payless location. No one at Payless or Priceline could or wanted to help me. This caused me to be delayed by an hour, and it was an annoying and difficult situation do deal with. This needs to be remedied for future customers!!!10.0 Wonderful

More shuttles. Long wait at terminal on arrival and similar wait after drop off. Rental office is a couple miles from the terminal. Long, slow lines at rental office with not enough agents. Some agents did not appear to work quickly with each customer despite long line of waiting people. Some agents push hard for customers to upgrade or add options that increase cost. This further slows the transaction and is aggravating if you are number 15 in line. Won’t use Ace again.2.0 Poor

Absolutely nothing. When we originally tried to book a car, we werent given the car we requested. My wife waited on the phone for 20 minutes before talking to a person who didnt offer a solution, a cancelation, or an upgrade, which we would have been happy to pay for. We decided to let it go and deal with it when we got to denver. Once there, we waited in line for 3 hours for our rental and was then refused a refund when i went to another car rental counter even though there is supposed to be a free cancelation. That's right. I waited in line for 3 hours and was refused a refund because i wouldn't wait longer! 150 people in line and 1 person working the counter. So, i paid for a car that i never received. This is easily the worst experience I've had with any company I've had in my life. No one should book with dollar through kayak. Ever. For any reason. Ever.Cons:
Every aspect of this experience could have been better. Getting hit in the face daily with a hammer for an entire year would be better than having to interact in any capacity with dollar rent a car. The Silvercar rental people were amazing. They explained all the features of the Audi I rented. They were super helpful when I had to switch the car for the Audi SUV due to more people arriving for Christmas. I would highly recommend using Silvercar to rent an Audi in Denver. The only issue I had was navigating the web site, but I believe that was both an issue using a third party rental and my lack of knowledge. Once I got ahold of a Silvercar representative the issue was resolved quickly.10.0 Wonderful

It was impossible to hear the announcements they made in the shuttle from the airport, so there was some confusion about which stop to get off. The shuttle driver wasn't helpful at all. He totally ignored our questions. Luckily we got off at the right stop, but only to find that the facility was full of people waiting for cars. We were told the cars were coming in faster than they could turn them over, but I find this hard to believe since it was the start of a holiday weekend. We waited over an hour in line, and then we FINALLY got our car.5.2 Fair
