Pros:Dropping the car off the person checking the car in was very polite.Cons:When checking the car out the guy at the desk was extremely rude. He also said that the insurance you purchase through Kayak does not cover the car. I had to call and add insurance through my personal company before I could leave. I would also recommend putting winter tires on the vehicle when it’s being rented in Alaska during the winter.Reviewed 2021 Feb 10

Pros:Check in staff/agent was not able to locate my rental reservation with my given name, then when asked why he could not find my reservation, stated it was a “common glitch” , then when I asked about the $500 deductible the agent (male) stated that if I did not like the $500 deductible that I could go to another car rental.Cons:Rental agent - young male Asian with ear ring needs to be taught better courtesyReviewed 2020 Sep 29

Pros:Nothing stood out as being noticeably good. They were short staffed which had the one front desk worker a little stressed. He wasn't the friendliest, but then again neither am I when I'm stressed. Be sure to read the fine print before booking. There's a $500 mandatory hold if you use a debit card to pay. Also, there's a charge per day for additional drivers. If you're from out of state, they require to see your plane tickets confirming your return flight. And if you do not take their insurance option, you have to show them proof of your own personal car insurance and it has to be full coverage. Also, don't be like me and not check to see if this location is at the airport before booking. This location is not the one at the airport and it'll be about a $15 cab/uber ride to get there.Cons:Be sure to read the fine print before booking. It took longer than expected to actually get the rental car. When I went out to inspect it before leaving, it was not clean.
