Front desk lady did not understand that certain aspects of my drivers license were actually an intentional security feature and denied me the rented car claiming my drivers license was physically damaged. Could not get a refund. Next stall over at the airport rental counters had no issues at all. Extremely dissatisfied I was not able to pick up the car I paid for on a non-refundable rental and then obviously was denied a refund. Terrible experience.Reviewed 2023 Jul 17

Pros:Very comfortable, met our needs. Smooth ride.Cons:We were told it had internet, but rental car agency were not aware internet was locked, it was requesting a password. Second times a charmPros:Rep was understanding and gave me a different rental when the original was dirty and the tire was missing hub cap.Cons:The original car Toyota carolla was dirty on the inside. As if someone had been eating and left crumbs all over the front. I should've figured when as soon as I saw the car the front driver side tire was missing its hub cap. Pros:Clean car, just wasn't sure about getting to and from the car lot. Wish they had more customer service to help to your car.Cons:My mom can't walk that far, and we had to walk to the car with our bags. I feel someone should go get the car and bring it to uou. That's what they do at other sirports. Just a little un clear on where to go and how far it is. For me not a big deal, but for my passenger it was a little far to go in the rain.Reviewed 2017 Feb 19

Older vehiclePros:Process of getting car was smooth: no wait (it was close to midnight), the lot was not far from the terminal.Cons:The vehicle was a bit older, and had a bit of a funky smell.
