Pros:The staff member was very helpful and friendly.Cons:The vehicle was smaller that what we ordered and it reeked of cigarette smoke. My husband had severe allergies and the smoke caused a serious reaction. It took a bottle of Fabreeze and quite a bit of work to rid the smell for the return trip to the airport.
