Pros:Staff was great at pick up. Vehicle was small an uncomfortable. Biggest problem is they are trying to bill me for more than 2x the rate I was quoted. I booked through Kayak, reservation confirmation came from Priceline, price was honored when I picked up the car and now they are trying to gouge me for a much higher fee. Seems super shady to me. I'm currently disputing the charge and they say it needs to be reviewed and will take 5-7 days. I'm very irritated about it. I only had the car 4 days and they are trying to charge more than $1200.Cons:Would have been satisfaction if they would honor the rate quoted.Reviewed 2021 Jun 21
