Kayak made it easierPros:Great service! I would definitely use kayak for further bookings!!Cons:I didn't like from Avis that they wanted to charge the fuil amount again when i returned the car, they did charge my card as soon as the first day i got the car. The employee was distracted and wasn't ideal to be working at a costumer service counter.Reviewed 2017 May 31
