Cons:The vehicle was outdated and not cleaned. There was no windshield washer fluid to even clean the windshield. I was not impressed with the standard of the vehicle and I washed it prior to using. Whilst driving I also realized the vehicle is in need of shocks and a general service.Reviewed 2019 Sep 27

Cons:There was no car when I got there. I was forced to get another company and pay more. This seem to be because of the festivities in the island. They knew they could get more then the price I reserved for the car.Reviewed 2019 Aug 12

Pros:Have a new management service on entire revamping of the entire staff unit. They were rude all of them you observe how they speak to other customers. They were no help at all whatever is the issue they do not try to help resolve it at all.Cons:Have a new management service on entire revamping of the entire staff unit. Pros:The service was stellar! They upgraded us to an SUV due to the car we were meant to be picking up not having been properly cleaned prior to our arrival.Cons:The car was very old and appeared to need some engine maintenance.Reviewed 2019 Jan 22

Great customer servicePros:I’ve rented the car from dollar car rental twice in turks &caicos and had a great service. This time I rented in Antigua and was very pleased. Manley at the register was so helpful! He answered all our questions and gave great recommendations for the beaches to see. Can’t wait to come backReviewed 2018 Feb 28

Piece of JunkPros:Car was filthy, bad breaks ans suspension. Our hotel concierge had them bring us a new car which was better but that says very little. I would recommned having your resort book a car for you- they seem to get better cars.Reviewed 2017 Feb 07
