What I did not realise when I booked this is Eastcoast Car Rentals does not have an office at the Gold Coast Airport. After a phone call they picked us up but the problem was our drop off which was out of hours (06.00am) so no one at the office to drop us back to the air.port so cost $28 for a taxi. Had I known they had no office at the airport and for convenience I would have used a rental company that has a airport office. Hope this helps saves someone the drama of having to organise a taxi out of hours to get them to the airport. Thanks.Reviewed 2022 Jul 20

Disclosure of the insurance cost when you book online initially. So you are more prepared at pick up. Otherwise the staff were lovely and the process was smooth.Reviewed 2022 May 29

AWESOME customer service, quick and easy and ready to go. When I had arrrived at Goldcoast Airport after a flight i just wanted to get the car and drive to my hotel. Hiring a car was hassle free and at a great price. The car was a recent model with GPS which was helpful when I had to navigate to my tourist attractions. Clean and tidy car. Loved the experience and will hire from them in the future - VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER 😀Reviewed 2022 May 26

Clean Quick Pickup . But Like to upsell.Pros:Clean Quick pickup. Ended up upgrading car size at a slightly reduced cost due to limited bag space. Friendly staff.Cons:Supposed car was checked for typical problems. Only in first bit of rain found wiper blades were falling apart (Ticked as checked but obviously not).
