I was very impressed with how friendly and professional your staff was in Billings, Montana and in Denver, Colorado. The car itself was clean and comfortable. The tire air pressure sensor indicated that one of the tires was low. which was not accurate as I inspected it with an external tire pressure gauge. Overall, decent price, great customer service. Cons:I tried to call a number of times to extend my rental and it took 8 calls to talk with someone who could help me. She was a great help, but it was frustrating not getting through or talking to people who couldn't help me.Reviewed 2021 May 15

Pros:the staff at the counter was very helpful. we called 5 times before we arrived a day late only to be told there would be no car; they would not hold our car even if we paid for the day lost in advance. I sure I will not use them again. Finally reached a american person who helped, saved the car.Cons:Someone who cared about our problem.Reviewed 2019 Aug 20

Easy and quickPros:The rental was so easy! We were tired and just wanted to hit the road. Thankfully the process was quick and problem free.Cons:The internet said a midsize car was available but when we got to the airport they were out. After a bit of switching around we rented a Kia Sedona van which ended up being a blessing!Reviewed 2018 Oct 29
