The rental car company was not located at the airport.Pros:Nothing. I refused to rent a vehicle from them - I went to hertz.Cons:The airport's rates were substantially higher than the out of airport location. Initially, I was told the airport would honor my quote, but then all of a sudden the representative said she could not get me a vehicle at the agreed upon rate. Make sure you are renting from the right location!Pros:The service was extremely friendly, upgraded us several categories for a nominal charge. The agent was super helpful in trying to save us the money on the airport surcharges.Cons:I booked for Fargo, and it was the downtown location instead of the airport. The agent was super helpful and suggested Uber to get us to the right location and avoid the 18% surcharge that the airport had. However, that was convenient.Reviewed 2017 Jan 09
