Aim to please!Pros:Friendliness of staff - seems like they have had some training in US customer serviceCons:My rental car had issues so had to find an alternative car. But not such a big deal really. Staff all wanted to shake hands - must be a new training thing - unnecessary in my opinion.Reviewed 2017 Jan 24

Didn't have the specific car requested but got anPros:Requested a Nissan Pathfinder for third row of seats. Its not a car enterprise UK carries in their fleet anymore so they offered us a SEAT Alhambra people carrier (mini van) for same price. We had it for 18 days and it was a great car for the money. Wish they had them in the U.S.!Cons:No complaints at all.Reviewed 2016 Sep 10
