Pros:I reserved at remote location - near interstate so not to drive in historic city center of Seville Spain. When I arrived the car was not ready...I waited for it to be washed then they drove the car offsite to refuel. My entire check in plus wait time for wash & fuel was over an hour.Cons:Everything regarding check- in. Info that drop off location was NOT at airport would have been helpful as well. The agent at drop off destination was excellent.Reviewed 2019 May 01

International drivers licensePros:International drivers license The car was great and the people attending us were very nice. It took way too long.Cons:Upon getting the car we were notified that we needed an international drivers license. In the FinePrint it does say you need an international drivers license but we feel that I need for an international drivers license needs to be highlighted from the get go. It should not be included in the fine print. I have been living in traveling abroad for the last 20 years and I have never experienced this. If this is a new policy it really needs to be stressed.
