Was able to book a car to pick up at 12. upon calling to confirm the reservation the worker told me that they closed at 12 and everyone would be gone by 12:05. had to cancel reservation because our uber wasnt going to be able to drop us off until 12:10 and the worker refused to accommodateReviewed 2022 Jun 27

We booked the car went to the location we were told there were no cars. We called Enterprise direct booked car went to the location there were no cars. Pros:Nothing horribleCons:I placed the rental for a awd suv They called me after and tried to put me into a minivan which is fwd, the guy said he would call me back in 30 min with a different option, I never received a call back, I ended up calling Avis directly and renting from them.Reviewed 2019 Feb 13

No compact carPros:Friendliness of the staff, willing to look at other locations for options. Like renting with enterprise and have not had problems before which is why I continue to rent from them, along with decent prices.Cons:No compact available, offered a truck or huge SUV. I declined. I rent compacts as small and easy to drive and fuel efficient Had to go to other location. Finally got a mid size golf VW. Was 1.5 hours late. The vehicle drove well and we liked it. Why didn't they have a car available? Explanation: others hadn't returned vehicles. Second explanation, time of year when they change over cars and replacements not yet arrived. Not good enough.
