Great customer servicePros:Despite all the negative reviews from other customers, I find my experience with thrifty car rental smooth, I had to wait a bit for my rental car, but the agent was courteous enough to extend three hours on my return time, so I'm very pleased with their service!Reviewed 2017 Jul 11

They shafted me! I never received a car. Cust service was the worst!Pros:Nothing.Cons:TL;DR DO NOT CHOOSE THIS RENTAL LOCATION. IT'S A SCAM This specific Thrifty location should be black listed. I called them by phone to let them know I was going to be 20 minutes late. They told me my car wasn't there, but it WOULD be at 3pm (3h late). Fine with me. I called back at 2:30 to verify my car was there. This is where the Thrifty representative was horrible! I was informed that there were no cars for me. I asked how can this be, I have a confirmed reservation. She said all the cars were rented in the morning. I inquired about brining in a car from another location but she insisted there were no cars available. We went back and forth. I was firm, but not once did I raise my voice, swear, or sound aggressive. I was just trying to find a way to get a car because I needed it to go visit my family for the Easter long weekend! Eventually she hung up on me!!!! I called back and she picked up the phone and hung up. I called several times and she either didn't answer, immediately put me on hold, and or just picked up and hung up. The end result was that I was left stranded in Vancouver, away from family for the entire Easter weekend. All other rental cars were booked and or too expensive for me.Reviewed 2017 Apr 19
