I rented a Ford edge or similar vehicle. I chose this vehicle based on the trip I was making and the size of the vehicle.. I had two children and a lot of luggage to bring with me. Upon arrival at the rental location, I was told that the edge was not available and was given a significantly smaller s u v.. I tried to look into a van or any larger s u v and they were not available.. Though the customer next to me was given the choice between several different vans. When I asked why I was told that's because that's what they reserved. I did the same but was not given what I reserved. It was quite disappointing as I did have to do a lot of rearranging and was not able to bring some the things I was supposed to bring with me on our trip. Because they could not fit. It would be appreciated if I was compensated in some way for the inconvenience. Thank you in advanceReviewed 2024 Aug 25

Original booking was cancelled by the location I booked at. I tried to call but no answer during business hours. I had to call another location at the last minute to reserve the vehicle I needed.Reviewed 2024 Jul 15

Better deals considering how much extra money we spent after renting the car, for insurance taxes and other perks like music etc.Reviewed 2024 Jul 03

I was satisfied with how I was treated by outlet staff, courteous, kind, and professional. Just one minor complaint The grounds of the outlet at 1014 Tecumseh Rd. E. Windsor are bit tight for maneuvering cars around the lot. Perhaps a relocation might by in order for this particular outlet.Reviewed 2024 Jul 03
