When returning the car, the guy at the desk was extremely rude and unpleasant and he forced us to pay another day just because we returned the car after 10 days slightly later (according to the returning flight), including the insurance. The petrol was not full (as it should be) when taking the car, just 1/4 , we returned with plus minus 1/4 too and again he way telling us that we have slightly less petrol. So stupid - only full to full works, how otherwise one can exactly estimate the petrol tank content for arrival. Very unpleasant experience overall. Never more Europcar in AmmanReviewed 2021 Sep 22
