The staff at the Dollar location in Queen Alia Airport (Amman - Jordan) are very unprofessional. They will find any way to charge you extra money for your rental. They lie to their teeth about the condition of the car when you return it so they can charge you extra money. Avoid this place at all costs. If you really have to book a car from this place, make sure to take so many pictures of the car before you pick it up and document all scratches, otherwise, they will find the smallest old scratch and charge for it.Reviewed 2022 May 30

Pros:The staff was helpful, pick up was relatively easyCons:Drop off was confusing, vehicle had seen better days—it was dented and had stains on the seats.
