Cons:
SIXT had no attendant present at the drop off, it was a general drop off with other agents present, but nobody from SIXT. on top of that I was accused of damaging the car, yet it sat their unattended, because I had to leave it in line, to make it to my flight. I never had any in person experience at the drop off.8.0 Very good

Customer care was not interested with us. He just instructed to put the car in the deignated area and he didnt help. Most schocking was, after drop off the car in the indicated location and area, I was exytra charged on my credit card without my consent 23 euro for not known reasons.5.6 Fair

Cons:
pickup first my car was not available. I was offered to upgrade to higher class for extra payment which i did. when i got to the car it turned out that it was a different car from what i had upgraded to. i took the keys back they explained that the car is mislisted in their computer system. The next car was fine but when I turned the portable GPS on, which I had also rented, the screen was badly broken. Due to the fact that they were understaffed and could not accompany me to the car I had to walk back and forth from the parking lot to the rental desk a few times and wasted half an hour until all their mistakes were corrected.8.0 Very good

Car (Skoda) seemed to be an upgrade from VW Golf; car was roomy & fairly fuel-efficient.Cons:
I arrived at the airport at 0800; AVIS did not open until 0900. Found no "Parkschein" in the car. Automatic engine turn-off/on was annoying (that's Skoda's problem, not Avis') Drop-off was terribly slow and seemingly disorganizedSunnycars
