Bad customer service but good valuePros:Car was comfortable and the price was right.Cons:If you want to spend an hour and a half at a Hertz, this is the place for you. Staff was late to open the office and everyone was gone when we tried to return the car. They said it would take 10-15 minutes because they were “at the car wash”, but it was 25 minutes later before all 3 employees came back.Reviewed 2018 Apr 21
