No problem with Hertz, the issue is that Kayak did not state that the car was fully electric, which was very inconvenient for the kind of trip I intended to do. Little autonomy range so we lost precious time charging the car, specially because many charging places are for local cards/ members/subscription, etc, with no translation available. It was not so easy to find a straight forward charging spot, and it takes literally hours to charge. Definitively not for tourists.Reviewed 2023 Sep 17
