When I picked it up there was a lot of scratches , dents and damage to the car all over it. I went back and told the rep ( while he was outside having a smoke) he said he was aware of it but when I showed him a lot more than he said was on it he replied "Oh okay no problem! he will make a note of them " . I took photos on my phone of all the damage at pick up before leaving the airport and I also asked him if the car had been smoked in because I am a non smoker and it smelt like someone smoked in it but he said no. My wife and I drove directly to a store and bought a spray bottle of new car scent and we sprayed to several times to get the smell out. I did not remove it completely. I washed and filled the tank before returning the car to the airport, took the keys up to the same rep at the desk waited for him to finish a call he just looked up said is the car down below parked Yes he never went to inspect it or sign of anything which I find strange as I was looking after a rental car business years ago.Reviewed 2022 May 13

Cons:We were almost stranded at Moncton airport on Christmas eve due to misinformation regarding our rental that left us scrambling to figure out a solution. On top of that, after all was said and done the rental ended up costing over $300 for how long we had it (52hrs total). A huge headache all aroundReviewed 2017 Dec 27
