Staff (Diana) was friendly and efficient on pick-up and drop off. I've rented from this location before. I am the only driver, travelling along, and I'm always given two key fobs attached together. Together, they are too big for my pocket. I don't need two keys attached together. If you must give me 2 keys, PLEASE separate them, so I don't have to find a wire cutter and do it myself - and possibly lose a key I don't need and didn't ask for!Reviewed 2021 Dec 22

Cons:If you have to go to Saskatchewan in the winter and want snow tires (which are needed), be prepared to pay 20 dollars a day over any amount you were quoted. Felt totally ripped off.Reviewed 2019 Dec 04

chevrolet sonic rs not a good modelPros:In general everything was ok.Cons:I had a lot of trouble with the car computer/radio. I had to restart the radio monitor two times because it wasn't working. I had used a lot of times Android Auto and for some reason I had a lot of trouble using it in this car. Also, I try to turn on the car with the car keys but it wasn't working well. For some reason the car turn on and immediately off when I used the car keys to turn it on. But the worst part of the experience was that the check engine light turn on during my long drive from Regina to Calgary.Reviewed 2018 Nov 15
