It was just okay. The ticketing scheme to pick up the car was not being followed. The desk agent was professional. The car was not good - the wipers need to be changed, it sounded rough when running, and the automatic shifting was really rough in gears 1-3. The drop off seemed a bit disorganized but the guys working were definitely hustling, if a bit brusque.Reviewed 2026 Oct 13

Skip the counter was great but a little tricky to find the Hertz lot (different floor than the walkway leads to---not H's fault but everyone's would benefit from better signs) and the car itself (it had a number that wasn't in the number segregated zones) but friendly help was on hand—just ironic to need it when one is trying to skip the counter.Reviewed 2026 Oct 12

Hello, I never got my car. We arrived at Hertz and they just told us they had no vehicle available, and that we had yo deal with it. That you were not checking the vehicles available before confirming the bookings...that's crazy. And we nearly cancelled our appointment due to this. Today the card was checked out. I had a horrible interaction with an employee named Sam at the pickup at Hertz. My rental was through a company I was working with, and paid for. when I told Sam that he insisted that he needed to start a new order which made no sense. When I showed him paperwork on the reservation that was already paid for he was extremely rude and disrespectful to me, accusing me of giving him FALSE information.
