Cons: Overall the staff were helpful, kind and considerate. The room housekeeper did not understand English and I was unable to get items requested of her.

Cons: The 4:00 am rooster, friendly bird but took his wake up service very seriously. Being located at Mallory , the 5:30 am dumpster collection finished any further attempts to remain in the comfortable bed. Great facility, noisy location.

Cons: Too pricey for what you get. Don't expect to relax! More of a party hotel. Thought I was back in college but then I couldn't afford it.

Cons: The only negative comment is the parking. The number of parking spaces within the resort does not accommodate the number of guests. We had to park beside a Walgreens which was near the resort but did not have walkable pathways to the resort. We had to walk through trees and climb a slight hill that had no traction.

Cons: Parking is limited and constrained. The shuttle service to Old Town is inconvenient (2 hour intervals); but free. There are very few local (within walking distance) restaurants. The best, a Fridays, has closed.

Cons: Our room phone never did work. Internet service was frequently interrupted. BR sink faucets functioned poorly. The White Sox did not win too many games.

Cons: Expensive for what you get. No extra incentives are included in what you pay for the rooms it all costs extra. Rather go to the marriott just down the road again.

Cons: When we arrived at 6pm I was told my room was not ready as I had made my reservation an hour before....so I guess rooms don't get clean unless there are reservations made which made no sense.

Cons: The window unit AC was a bit loud but couldn't have been avoided because the room did not have central AC. After the first night we were accustomed to it. We stayed in the Kirkland room which pictures of it online show it being paint a red color. The innkeeper informed us that was old pictures. The room is actually a calming light blue with a "Tommy Bahamas" vibe to it. Much better than what was pictured. Breakfast included bagels, coffee, fruit, juice, and yogurt. There is a nice patio with shade to eat breakfast under and mingle with other guests should you wish too. Was a quiet inn and did not see or hear any loud noises or parties. I would say couples or families would be best suited at this inn. I would definitely return. We were about a 15-20 minute walk to Duval Street. Parking is a bit tight but there is nearby on street parking. The Peruvian restaurant directly across the street was an added bonus. The food was delightful.

Cons: It was a little loud by our room because we were on the first floor by the entrance. Maybe next time we will pick a room farther away from the entrance!

Cons: The price. All in all, it ended up costing us over $700 for one night and this was a room without a view and with a “lanai” that was more of a very, mini balcony. Keeping in mind when you are in Key West, you don’ t spend much time in your room, I can complain that much - just next time I won’t book such a nice place :)

Cons: Kyack asked would I prefer a room with better view or more space and extra towels I received none of the above. Room service cleaning was very late in day. There were days I did not think they would show at all.

Cons: I don't see how this is one of the most luxurious hotels in Key West. I felt completely nickled and dimed on top of the extremely high rate for the hotel. They even try to add on a donation to an undisclosed non-profit -- granted it's a minimal donation but a customer shouldn't have to opt out of giving a donation. The parking fee, considering you're so far from Duval Street, is ridiculous and is over $21 after tax. The set-up of the rooms is far from comfortable -- a common entrance for 2 different rooms, which exacerbates the noise made by your neighbor. Furthermore, so much construction was going on around the hotel that we literally had to call the hotel to find out how to enter -- they then informed us that we had to enter through Hyatt's parking lot. I honestly couldn't wait to check out, but even that caused problems as they made me wait in line for 25 min since they only had one person working the desk. Steer clear of this hotel.

Cons: A bit expensive for a single with parking lot view and strange, shared entry foyer. I guess it is meant as a sort of adjoining room for a larger group. Every time the neighbor came and went it was two slammed doors. The doors are real loud when they close. I felt self conscious and tried to close them more quietly when I cam and went.

Cons: 4 pm check in, tile in bathroom was very slippery resulting in a fall, no counter space in the bathroom.

Cons: They are doing construction and cutting tile 9 to 5 during the week next to the pool. Should have let us know in Advance. Could not use pool or beach all day due to noise

Cons: Employees of the restaurant appeared to be uniformily grumpy. Everyone else was really nice. Not really a beach. Waterfront yes but the beach was maybe 20’ wide.

Cons: Everything was and extra charge ie parking and breakfast. The "beach front" wasn't an ocean access which was very misleading. It was located far from most of the activities in Key West.

Cons: Parking was in a ground level garage; our room was on the 4th floor.

Cons: You have to pay for parking, the beach is nothing to rave about and mostly weeds and grass. The rooms are super tiny. To me the hotel seems appropriate as a 3 star hotel. Good thing is close to downtown and shopping.

Cons: Due to an event in Key West we payed 400$/night which was very expensive! The hotel would have been a great value for 150-200$/night

Cons: Parking fees are a bummer. I was sad when I heard the news. Our view from our room was a construction site...so we had to use our imaginations to see what was not there. A security guard made us uncomfortable by staring at my wife's beautiful legs. There needs to be more lizards and iguanas on the property.

Cons: We stayed in a standard king room, which was fine size for us (without cooking amenities). What wasn't great was that it was on 1st floor which is adjacent to N. Roosevelt Blvd, so the traffic can be loud and wake you up.

Cons: Expensive restaurant...$14.95 breakfast buffet with no other option unless you asked. "handicapped room" had no grab bar for getting out of the shower or beside the standard height toilet. Room needed sprucing up. Balcony door often stuck and was hard to open and also there was a three inch high ledge going out the door that was easy to trip over.

Cons: Reserved 2 rooms but when checking in the hotel showed only 1 room was reserved. Hotel staff had to scramble to accommodate us.

Cons: Air conditioning inside rooms are very noisy. Asked the front desk about that with response all rooms are like that. Needs some attention to fix that problem.
