Cons: Bathroom poorly appointed, ventilation system not maintained or working. Shower was small and dated. Service staff at breakfast not helpful after ordering something off the menu, they told us we could make it ourselves at the buffet. Breakfast buffet a bit disappointing. Bar closes earlier than posted hours. Spotty slow internet Poor TV service

Cons: Nothing!! Maybe a bigger pool...

Cons: Internet is not working great. Being on a business trip I need it to work all the time. From time to time the connection is interrupted followed by the periods where I could not connect at all. While the staff acknowledged the problem it should not happen that often in the first place (and it happened both times when I stayed in the hotel. The 2nd time was working much better than the first time)

Cons: The service from check-in was horrible. The staff were pretentious and not helpful. They were not friendly and had an attitude of getting the job done at the very least effort. If asked to do something mundane, like giving you change for a bill, it was obvious they were irritated. We had issues with the ATM, which ended up eating up our ATM card and the staff said they were not responsible and didn’t offer any help; not even to call the bank in charge of the ATM. The elevators were really slow and the check in line was really long.

Cons: The staff adjusting A/C controls when cleaning.

Cons: Staff is slow and sometimes unresponsive.

Cons: The second day after our arrival we returned to our room and our room was not clean.

Cons: The service is too bad and the people working in the hotel is very rude especially reception poor service and the parking is charged separately

Cons: It is clean, well furnished, but feels a bit outdated.

Cons: The check in computer system was always not working properly and even with the clercs were working hard there always was a long row of people waiting to be checked in. You would be lucky if you could check-in in less than 40 minutes. But there were a number of people claiming Someone else was already staying in the room you finally got. There was a day when more than ten people were overbooked and claiming for hours. The electric key was broken, sometimes it worked, but gets broken again, and usually you have to wait about 7-8 minutes for someone to come and open your room.

Cons: I could go on and on here.... WiFi practically non-existent!!! Water from faucet was brown Water was never left in my room - Front desk told me to call from my room with the request. Called at 10:30pm. Called again at 11:30 pm. Called again at midnight. Received one bottle of water at 12:30am!! No minibar, although some food for purchase showed up on my third day. No minifridge. Safe did not work. Note regarding to help yourself to one free coffee packet - but no packets were ever there. Very loud - people at night and construction during the day Very expensive for very mediocre room Front desk people were unknowledgeable about the hotel NO SPA or gym or anything - which is why I even stayed there. There was no information in room about anything the hotel offered. Super-slow elevators....that is a very LONG wait many times Very lame "lobby bar" Dark/dingy restaurant I would have left after the first night, but I had prepaid.

Cons: No fridge or ice machines (to be fair, the hotel staff will bring you ice if you call). Hard to get to by car due to street closings.

Cons: i had a few frequent traveler nitpicks (strange light switches, missing menu, no laundry on sunday) but also some unexpected delights (hbo game of thrones finale, usb outlets, very nice walk-in shower, above-average gym).

Cons: The facilities were great except the fancy elevators.

Cons: AC don't work even after the tech adjusted it. This is my 2nd stay in a week where this has happened

Cons: I had an item missing from my room, and it was basically ignored.

Cons: This property is badly in need of an update. The plumbing is messed up -- our bathtub (but not sink or shower) ran brown water, I guess from the rust. The mattresses were quite old. TV was not flatscreen.

Cons: Windows need to be clean so that guests can enjoy the beautiful view of the park

Cons: Very noisy ventilation system. The fan in the ventilation system made an incredible racket. Staff said it could not be fixed though they tried. Lights in the bathroom were delayed fluorescent bulbs which made being in the bathroom a dark experience.

Cons: Wifi did not work until around midnight of the night that I was there. Hot water in the shower didn't work either.

Cons: The prices in the Polanco area including the hotel is over priced! Once ate 3 tacos for 250 mex pesos!!!!! If you don't have patience, just don't go, because traffic is not even describable! Take into account minimum 1hour and a half in case to go places from the hotel! For F1 weekend take 3 hours for traffic!!!!

Cons: Our room was way too far, I had requested two beds and got 1 King. Must get rid of carpet. In general enjoyed our stay big comfortable room. Old hotel but renovated with nice bathroom.

Cons: The hotel is kind of in an alley-like street, so if you're walking alone or going back at night it might give you a slightly negative vibe.

Cons: Stayed during a rare heat-wave in Mexico City. A/C did not cool my miniature room. Complained 3 times and could not feel any difference in cooling. Basic room is very small with no view. Probably would not stay there again
