Cons: There was a terrible problem with noise late one night due to needed repairs. This should not have happened; an alternative should have been found., and conflict avoided.

Cons: Rooftop restaurant did not have a bar, you have to order and sit on a table to drink. I paid the most expensive mojitos I ever had $24 dollars for two to be exact plus tip for the waiter. The room I had was tiny with a 1foot by two slim overhead window, quite claustrophobic for me... The breakfast buffet was $24 dollars, really! You walk next block to Restaurant El Popular and order their menus for less than $6.

Cons: The restaurant buffett was a bit overpriced. It does provide a great view, so that's what you mainly pay for.

Cons: Slight update needed in some rooms. Covid had many places limited around the hotel restaurants and facilities.

Cons: Internet is not working great. Being on a business trip I need it to work all the time. From time to time the connection is interrupted followed by the periods where I could not connect at all. While the staff acknowledged the problem it should not happen that often in the first place (and it happened both times when I stayed in the hotel. The 2nd time was working much better than the first time)

Cons: The service from check-in was horrible. The staff were pretentious and not helpful. They were not friendly and had an attitude of getting the job done at the very least effort. If asked to do something mundane, like giving you change for a bill, it was obvious they were irritated. We had issues with the ATM, which ended up eating up our ATM card and the staff said they were not responsible and didn’t offer any help; not even to call the bank in charge of the ATM. The elevators were really slow and the check in line was really long.

Cons: The second day after our arrival we returned to our room and our room was not clean.

Cons: The service is too bad and the people working in the hotel is very rude especially reception poor service and the parking is charged separately

Cons: It is clean, well furnished, but feels a bit outdated.

Cons: The check in computer system was always not working properly and even with the clercs were working hard there always was a long row of people waiting to be checked in. You would be lucky if you could check-in in less than 40 minutes. But there were a number of people claiming Someone else was already staying in the room you finally got. There was a day when more than ten people were overbooked and claiming for hours. The electric key was broken, sometimes it worked, but gets broken again, and usually you have to wait about 7-8 minutes for someone to come and open your room.

Cons: I could go on and on here.... WiFi practically non-existent!!! Water from faucet was brown Water was never left in my room - Front desk told me to call from my room with the request. Called at 10:30pm. Called again at 11:30 pm. Called again at midnight. Received one bottle of water at 12:30am!! No minibar, although some food for purchase showed up on my third day. No minifridge. Safe did not work. Note regarding to help yourself to one free coffee packet - but no packets were ever there. Very loud - people at night and construction during the day Very expensive for very mediocre room Front desk people were unknowledgeable about the hotel NO SPA or gym or anything - which is why I even stayed there. There was no information in room about anything the hotel offered. Super-slow elevators....that is a very LONG wait many times Very lame "lobby bar" Dark/dingy restaurant I would have left after the first night, but I had prepaid.

Cons: No fridge or ice machines (to be fair, the hotel staff will bring you ice if you call). Hard to get to by car due to street closings.

Cons: i had a few frequent traveler nitpicks (strange light switches, missing menu, no laundry on sunday) but also some unexpected delights (hbo game of thrones finale, usb outlets, very nice walk-in shower, above-average gym).

Cons: I had an item missing from my room, and it was basically ignored.

Cons: This property is badly in need of an update. The plumbing is messed up -- our bathtub (but not sink or shower) ran brown water, I guess from the rust. The mattresses were quite old. TV was not flatscreen.

Cons: I didn't like that the spa was segregated. I would like to have spent some time in the Jacuzzi with my wife, but that is not the case with the spa facility.

Cons: The one thing missing, that is usually available in large hotels, is the basic gift shop. You know, the small shop that sells bandaids, candy bars, batteries, souvenirs, sodas, postcards. That would be a nice convenience to add.

Cons: Room door to hallway had a noticeable gap under it. I could hear people in the hallway rather clearly, so I imagine they could also hear me. I was gone most of the day, and in the room alone on business so it didn't bother much. I imagine I would have felt very differently given other circumstances. Also, I'm not sure AC temp was just for show. The first night at 76*F felt almost the same as second night at 65*F

Cons: Dishonest staff, charged me multiple times to bring a friend in building. Gave no receipts. Charged again next time. Paid for 2 room occupancy on Expedia. Obviously security was pocketing the cash. Additionally, was promised a bottle of wine for being an Expedia Gold member via email. The hotel never made good on this offer. Highly reccomend you stay elsewhere.

Cons: Everything was going well until at 1 AM on Sunday 1/22 night they lost power to the rooms, and it wasn't restored until 3AM. Phones stopped working, there was no lights in room, it was scary. You do not expect this from a top end hotel.
