Poor customer service of "Thomas" fr this officePros:NoneCons:Hidden fees and terrible customer communication skills. Misleading price . Didn't answer any questions on the phone , Gets you to come in the office and present rediculous fees. Persons ahead of line were clueless because their English was not good.
