Cons:I bought insurance offered on the website through alliance at reservation online checkout. Thrify says if it wasn't purchased in the island that it was not effective - that I needed another insurance, so I had to pay in addition their issuance, then set me up in a manual.$80 more for automatic.MessyReviewed 2019 Apr 09

Pros:First, our reservation and paperwork were waiting for us. No problems at the airport and the car was within walking distance of terminal. Had a problem with car and we were able to change cars right at our hotel. No need to return to airport. Staff helpful with the substitution.Cons:Drop off staff a little surly but hey, we were going home.Reviewed 2018 Apr 04
