Pros: the staff member at the counter was very friendly and efficient
Cons: The car was on the older side, without Android Auto or Apple Car capabilities, and we discovered that one break light was out

Pros: Good initial price
Cons: We decided to hire the car for a few more night. As we agreed with Budget by email they would give the same rate for these few more days. At the counter the doubled the price!!! Costs a lot of money.

Pros: It wasnt a good experience, the would take 1000$ deposite for the car. I didnt became the car i bookt And finaly i paid 760$ instad 360$ thats a joke. Never book budget again

Pros: Staff is slow and unresponsive.
Cons: Outrageously rude staff. They gave me the car with only 3/8 of a tank of fuel. When I returned it with 1/4 tank I expected the refueling rate to be higher than at a gas station, but they charged a 300% mark up— $27 for 1/8 of a tank. Rep told me that my business wasn’t her money so she didn’t care.

Pros: Made a mistake when booking and had set to pick up the car at the airport instead of closer to my hotel, but got in touch with them the day before and they moved it without any issues. During pick up the car had some damage but all dents were marked properly, everything went fine on delivery
Cons: They place a hold of $1000 on your card when you are picking up the car with them. I was expecting a hold but maybe not that much. They explain everything when you're signing the contracts, but be warned anyway
