If you do go through one of the toll gates around the area the credit card you used to book and pay the deposit for the vehicle collection will automatically be charged. To get a statement of those charges you can access the Highwall Toll Authority website directly from the car agents website and request a statement. You can also request a statement in person from the representative at the customer desk at Tucson Airport at the time of your drop off.

The lady inside was very rude to my husband. She was trying to over charge him by hundreds of dollars. The vehicle we reversed was sold out they didn't really have any good options for us to choose from. We seen an suv but another lady came to outside where we were trying to find a car. She said that's a different class you have to pay more. We settled for a mini van it was horrible. Ended up exchange it in another state. Got another mini van that was way worse. My 7hr trip turned into 12hr since I couldn't go more than 65mph otherwise van would shake horrible and thought something bad would happen. Worse rental experience in my life! Would not recommend to any friends or family. Nothing was said to us for what happened8.0 Very good

I was pawned off on another companies staff because Alamos desk was empty. That was the first sign of poor service. They had no interest in satisfying me whatsoever. They site to substitute a tiny Toyota Corolla for my requested midsize car. When I rejected that I was forced to upgrade and they wouldn’t even cover my upgrade cost. I got stuck with a large daily charge.Cons:

Well for starters when you rent a car from a 3rd party site apparently they don’t tell you about all of the charges. That’s how they make it seem so cheap. Then when I got the car shortly there after I got a flat tire not a huge deal except that I waited on hold with roadside assistance for over an hour trying to get to talk to anyone and never got through. At the same time my fiancé was calling every enterprise (because dollar and enterprise are the same thing apparently) and all of the stores went straight to voicemail. Finally we gave up and I put the donut on (can’t even get a full-size spare) and drove back to the location that I got the car and had to swap it out for another one. This put a solid 4 hour delay in an already very very long trip with a temperamental 4 year old in the backseat. Then when I returned the car I got hit with an extra $80 in taxes and fees which according to the first receipt I had already paid. And to top it off I still haven’t gotten my security hold back...One location in Tucson Airport

I was forced to wait in line to return my rental for over an hour because of a computer glitch. I returned the rental on time, filled with gasoline and in good condition, but because of the computer error and human error I was made to wait for an extended period of time. One person was working the desk alone, while the manager sat in her office during this very busy time filled with numerous customers. I found out only the manager was allowed to correct the problem allowing me to complete my return. I will never use your rental company in the future.6.0 Okay

The rental agency entered the wrong time for return, am vs pm... Also did not have available the car class booked, a Toyota Corolla vs the requested VW Jetta, a standard rental vs a compact rental, still charged as a standard rental did not even mention they didn't have the proper car. Just a disappointing rental in general, even if the car was nice, it was not what was booked.10.0 Wonderful

There are lots of little fees and add-ons that add up once you see your final statement after dropping off the car. I had to worst experience with this transaction. I entered the dates for my rental incorrectly. I needed Thursday to Sunday. I made a mistake and entered Friday to Sunday. I realized it right away and tried to contact you. Of course there was no way to contact you. Since you book through PriceLine I finally got in touch with them. They were NO help at all. I simply wanted to add one more day to my rental. I wanted to PAY MORE MONEY to add one more day and they would not help me at all. Their only optioins were to cancel and pay a cancellation fee of $49 or keep the rental, create a new booking for the one day, pick up that car, bring that car back the next day and pick up the other car. Absolutely ridiculous! I ended up just cancelling. And I will never use your service again. I'd rather pay more than go through this again.6.0 Okay

I've rented many cars before and the staff person was pretty blase and didn't explain pretty normal things to explain well. For example, as he handed me the receipt he just, here's your total, with the deposit.". Now, I know how a deposit for a rental works, but let's say you didn't, let's say it's your first time. What I've heard other associates say in the past is, "You'll notice a deposit of $200. You'll see this on your credit card balance, but once you return the car, this amount will go back on your credit card with 1-3 business days, so no worries, we aren't charing you $200! This line here is your total." It's little details like that. Another example: He offered us the option of two different models of mini-vans. Not being familiar with mini-vans I asked for his opinion/suggestion. He said, "I'll put you the Chrysler,". I said, "Oh, any particular reason?" He just kinda looked at me and said, "Well, it's a mini-van, like you wanted, right?" Um...I was hoping to hear, "Oh, I like the Chrysler better because it has more leg room," or "they're both comparable vehicles, so I think you'll like either," SOMETHING! He totally didn't have customer service 101 down. It did seem he was there by himself, in which case he could say, "I'm sorry I'm going through this so quickly with you, I'm here alone today, and I have all these people to help, so I'm just trying to help you as efficiently as possible,". He just didn't seem like he understood customer serivce. Also, I notice that almost all rental car places don't disclose important info to check BEFORE you rent: Cost of adding a driver (even though when I called I said I wanted to do that and they said, "yes we can do that) but price was never mentioned, can you leave your own vehicle there or not (not all rental cars will allow that!), etc. This is a general complaint to the enitre industry.7.2 Good

Requested midsize suv or similar. All they had was large suv or minivan. I had 86 year old mom with me and that’s why I did not want something that was hard for her to get in and out of. I also had her walker, so needed car larger than compact. We also had three people and three suitcases. At the desk, they kept telling me that I’m getting an even BETTER deal by getting a bigger car, but I was promised a midsize or similar and that’s what I should have received. We had to take the minivan, but my mom spent the whole week struggling to get in and out of the seat. I would like some sort of refund for all the trouble we had and a promise broken.10.0 Wonderful

Pick up was frustrating. I felt the agent was unwilling to discuss my needs in a vehicle. ‘Manager’s Special’ was unclear. I received a large truck - my vacation included transporting a handicapped person, so my arrangements changed. The agent’s response ‘ we can change it, for a few’ was off putting. I just left. The truck I rented was pretty badly scratched up on the driver side and it wasn't notated on any print outs I was given, nor did anyone do a walk around with me prior to me driving it off the lot. Additionally, the truck looked like it had barely had a wipe down and smelled like someone had definitely been smoking in it, but had tried to aerosol it away. Maybe notate known vehicle defects on the receipt or an additional print out so it's documented for everyone's sake.9.2 Wonderful
