No explanations whatsoever, the craziest experience, completely messed our plans to get a bite up, I wish we were given some information ahead of time that we are going to be sitting in a single room zone. The flight was ok, but hellishly hot all the way."

The crew themselves remarked that the type of plane used for this flight was inappropriate."

Cons: "LH flight from Seattle was late, and I barely made it to the LH connecting flight to TA. Landed in Tel Aviv, but my one bag didn't arrive with me. Looked for the Lufthansa desk, but there is no such thing. They have farmed out the task of dealing with lost luggage and masses of confused to irate people to another firm. There were approx 40 people trying to get some information from 4 ladies, one of whom was new. They were unable to deal with many reports at a time. How about take a number and we'll call you up in turn? Instead it was like a push and shove pressure cooker just to find out the status of said missing bag and make a report. I was dealt with last. At this time, I was exhausted and angry. The ladies were very good and very kind. They informed my ride of the delay, and told me that the lost bag would come on the next flight. They took me out of the area to get a drink and a bite to eat. We waited. It came. We drove to my destination a few hours away. Never have I had to deal with such a time consuming shambles to find out the bare minimum of information. I finished the trip and will never fly with Lufthansa again."

Cons: "To Whom It May Concern, My name is Eliezer Korbman. I was a passenger on LH403 with service to Frankfurt, Germany. Upon reaching cruising altitude and prior to dinner service, a Lufthansa stewardess reached across my midsection, activated the reclining mechanism and forcefully returned my seat to its upright position - waking me up to eat. (You may conduct your own investigation, but there was no prior announcement.) I politely declined, but was later denied dinner and breakfast. To clarify, I was unable to eat or sleep. This is utterly disgusting service. I am incredibly disappointed in Lufthansa for the way that I was treated aboard LH403. Unless I can be persuaded otherwise, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Garbage service! Shame on you Lufthansa!"

As a result, throughout the whole flight there was a long waiting line in the plane's aisle, causing the crew to complain angrily in German, thinking we wouldn't understand what they're saying, because they couldn't go through easily."

Pros: "When you travel with an infant it's already a difficult trip but it's really fraustrating when you find out that they didn't assign you to the seats with the baby bassanet, and when I went to the counter to fix the problem instead they change our window seats to an isle seats without even asking or notifying us with the changes, and they when I asked how come you don't automatically assign infant reservations to infant seats their excuse was what if there were more infants than available infant seats and they already gave out those seats with extended leg space to others who already had paid for it, and surprisingly there were multiple of infants on board none of them in those seats but rather the other passengers who paid for it, so basically they got paid extra and you will only suffer for almost 10 hrs so they can make extra profit. NEVER AGAIN AUSTRIAN AIRLINES!!!"

I inquired about paying to change destination city and or seat to a premium seat (for the 9+ hour flight) when I recvd the reservations for the new flights that were made at the airport around 8am for flights that left at around noon and 3pm. I was told no better seat(s) was available. However, a half hour before the flight was boarded several announcements were made regarding all the upgrades that were available. Liars annoy me."

The entertaining things on the individual screens also helped make the long periods of sitting more manageable for young and old."

"When we asked for blankets flight attendants claimed to have distributed all they had to children, so they didn't have any left. This is not the first time they have this problem on russian airlines. If they pass water or liquids when you're asleep they will never pay attention to ask you. We had to ask 2 or 3 flight attendants to get 1 set of headphones to watch a movie at least. Also, carry-on baggage was difficult to find room to fit."

Cons: "We had several problems with our reservation. Our tickets on Kayak.com were sold through airfare.com. We received an email from aifrare.com confirming that we purchased two round-trip tickets. But we did not get seat assignments, and the confirmation number we received from airfare.com was incorrect. We only found out about the confirmation number when we tried to contact Aeroflot to get seat assignments. But contacting Aeroflot online was problematic. Instructions there would send us to screens/options links that didn't work. So, we called Aeroflot. They gave us the correct confirmation number over the phone, but sent us back to the website to get seats. And the website again was problematic. We did eventually get assigned seats, and we did make our flight from the U.S. to Moscow. But then our return flight was also problematic. We could not get seat assignments until we went to the airport for our flight home. Aeroflot then told us that I did not have a reservation. Eventually Aeroflot did recognize my reservation, but then told us that it did not have any seats together for my husband and me, unless we paid for an upgrade."

All the airline representatives didn't speak good enough English. Last but not least, there was no AC on the plane for the first 3 hours. Of course when I arrived to my destination, my luggage didn't arrive as expected (arrived on the red eye)."

Once we landed Moscow for our connecting flight we had 3 hours at the airport, on my boarding ticket the gate was 26, i came for the boarding to gate 26 but no one was there!!!! so i startes to asked people around where is the gate and since they dond know any English they are lying!!! some told me gate 33 some told me 28 and some told me a different terminal! this airport is huge! the the people that work there are not nice, very rood and angry and English it's not a language they will understand. Therfore, i missed my flight, running around trying to search my gate they changed on the last minute, in the end someone told me it was on gate 22! but they slready took off. SO i went to the operation office to get a new ticket- I met the most repulsive man which should provide a good customer service. He told me that was my mistake for not taking care to check why no one was at the gate/// WHAT?! Just mentioned it wasnt just me missing the flight, they were another 5 people with me and another 5 from other flights! the next flight was 13 hours later. he said maybe he can get free ticket for me, but he's not sure. I laughed and said not only I'm not supposed to pay for the flight, you should compensate me! So he took the ticket he gave me, smiling, and said "if you don't want it, it's OK' don't take it, bye bye" I WAS FURIOUS!!! I took the damn ticket, waited 13 hours to my next flight (which BTW the gate was also changed) and came home. I was alone traveller, came from Thailand after 10 hours flight, and went all this nightmare ALONE (i'm a women)! WILL NEVER FLY WITH AEROFLOT, will never do a connecting fight in Moscow and most probably will never visit this country full with cold and angry people!!!! FYI- will post this in every flight web!"

But Aeroflot's Baggage Damage department was unreachable by phone the entire day after my flight, when I was still in Moscow (it was a connection). When I contacted them, 3 weeks later (by the instruction of their Lost and Found personnel) on the way back from Tokyo, they said it was too late to process my claim. Apparantly I had to contact them (an unreachable department) up to 7 days from the flight. Now they still won't compensate me in any way. The plane crew just do their jobs but they are not even trying to be nice. On 3 of our 4 flights there was not enough room for my legs. the audio on the entertainment plan was bad and their headphones (you must use) are also horrible. I will never fly Aeroflot again."

At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Cons: "My trip had just started and it is already ruined. I have a roundtrip ticket from NYC to Israel with a connection in Ukraine for both directions. I was traveling with one checked item in luggage - suitacse, and one personal item onboard - a guitar in a soft case. I'm a professional musician and I've been traveling with this exact instrument in the exact for over 5 years, domestically in the US and all over the world. I've never had any problems with it and I was always treated respectfully even with low cost airlines or on smaller airplanes. There were no problems on the first part of the flight from NYC to Kiev, and then, as I was boarding a the flight from Kiev to Israel, the counter employee at the gate counter (her first name is: Yejzina) - explained to me that if I won't pay an additional 66 EURO immediately, I would not be able to board on the flights with my guitar. I was even more upset to find out that another passenger boarded the flight after me with a guitar and did not have to pay for it. My guitar fit perfectly in the over head cabin and even on a packed flight there was no issue with headroom caused by me. Although I paid and purchased a ticket for this flight, I was discriminated and treated as if I was doing something wrong. I did my best to be responsible and be among the first people to board the flight and instead I was mistreated. The rest of the passengers had exceptional amount of excess baggage in suitcases and bags they wanted to take on board and yet I was the only one who was asked to pay for his. --- As a costumer, I am appalled by the treatment I was getting and I would like to be contacted immediately about reimbursement over my experience and false costs."
