This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

On top of the two hours delay in the airport, we needed to go by the bus to the terminal in Athens, Aegean is the aviation of Greece and they whole flight is 50 minutes.

Very delayed. Plus lack of entertainment on board. Crew members were very nice

Crew was excellent. Food was ok for a short flight. Plane was a regular airliner without any entertainment. Crew members were delightful. Pilot took off and landed without ever feeling that it had touched down. Very professional pilot and staff

The food sandwich was OKAY for such a short flight. Crew were very caring. They helped my wife who has walking issues. They carried her bag and held her arm to help prevent tripping. All in all it was a professional effort on the part of all crew members. I highly recommend this crew of Aegean Airlines.

Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable

It was like moving cattle around. Very abrupt, uncomfortable and not much hospitality

All good but air not give the pasing er any food even glase of water

Flight delayed by 1hr when we already boarded because someone had to get off. Leg room is terrible for 6ft people like me.

I used the airline 5-6 times for the last year and every flight have had perfect timing and I like it. Despite catastrophic absence of space for my legs 😁

The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again

The plane left Istanbul 1 hour late and the AC was not really working great it was so hot inside and no air. This was my worst flight in a long time since I had a flight with Ryanair.

Cheap and cheerful. It’s a super cheap, no frills flight. Very professional and as it’s an A320 relatively spacious. Seats do not recline. Happy with the service. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain

I had 4 flights for less than a week and there were no delays and issues. Thanks to the crews and for perfectly organised service.

There is no usb for charging the phone you should provide the water

Online booking is poor. Flight crew are excellent. Would use them again.

The close the front toilet this is not good . They arive not on time is been delay the dont clean the plain . Poor

The flight was smooth, the crew were pleasant, This plain had a reclining seats which made the flight comfortable

Vol annulé. Pas d'accueil. Zéro explication. Vol remplacé 3 jours plus tard. Zéro prise en charge pour l'hôtel. Nous attendons le remboursement si il va y en avoir. C'est un scandale ! C'est une arnaque.
