My fligh was suddenly canceled and no ine approached me The web response was the only one and it was poor and not satisfactory Wizz did not take care for moving me and my family to another flight instead and simply gave us back the flight credits which i cant do nothing with !!

Pros: "- the food trays of seats of the plane are in such a way that you can lay your head on them and sleep. It’s really the most comfortable of all Continental flights I’ve experienced."
Cons: "- on board WiFi -"
Pros: "The food options were amazing and the wine was very nice!"
Pros: "The crew was very professional and I cannot complain about that."
Cons: "Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."
Cons: "WizzAir's service. The flight had an 8 hour delay due to bad weather, while Tarom had a flight on the same route, under the same circumstances, and managed to fly to and from Valencia within a much more acceptable 2 hour delay."
Cons: "I paid 3 tickets for my kids from Prishtine to Budapest online through Kayak and when they went to check in they didn’t accept the tickets!!! They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off."

Cons: "Hello, After I ordered this flight it was canceled by Israir airlines. I was ordering with another company (TK), and I thought that’s my order with Kayak canceled. A few days before the schedule the flights back and my company made a new reservation for me. When I got to airport i understood that I have two reservations, which it’s mean that we payed twice. I don’t know if you can do something about it, but I expect that you will make an effort to give me my money back. Thanks, Itzhak Ashkenazi"

Cons: "After the purchase via Kayak I found that the Israir site sell that flight fir $100 less. I consider it a fraud. While chat with Kayak (actually, Priceless) staff was easy, communication withIsrair was terrible. Until the check-in in the airport I didn't know whether the price includes sending a checked bag. Nobody was able to tell me this. Moreover, Priceless representative triet to convince me that the price doesn't include checked bag, while it did. So, I would find myself traveling with carry-on only, and that's unjustified. There is no possibility to do onlibe check-in."
I had 4 flights for less than a week and there were no delays and issues. Thanks to the crews and for perfectly organised service.

Cons: "the chairs are very uncomfortable for a early morning flight.. do not recline. i am not big at all.. im 154cm and 60 kg.. the chairs killled my back and next... i just wanted to sleep."

Cons: "No one smiles or tries to help, the Baggage weighing is farcical as people get on in Turkey with three hand luggage’s. Flight was late, no explanation and no apology. Pre flight safety and general announcements are made as fast as possible. Unintelligible"
Pros: "The fares are cheap and they charge for luggage. Check-in was smooth, boarding was as well, and the crew was smiling just a bit. But then that's the Turkish attitude I have noticed all these years. Not bad over all. My luggage made it all the way to my destination with no problems, even though there was a connection flight."
Cons: "The seats did not recline which makes it a little difficult to relax if the flight is longer than two hours. No entertainment and no food served (not even water) unless you pre-order or purchase it in flight."
Cons: "Discomfort, very small airplane for a 4 hours trip. Crew is angry and rude. Food is expensive and not tatsy."
Vol annulé. Pas d'accueil. Zéro explication. Vol remplacé 3 jours plus tard. Zéro prise en charge pour l'hôtel. Nous attendons le remboursement si il va y en avoir. C'est un scandale ! C'est une arnaque.

Cons: "Never in my life have I seen a plane where half the passengers were under the age of 10. So many screaming babies, kids kicking the seats, and running around the isle! I seriously thought the plane was going to a convention of mothers. I asked a pilot what was going on, he said "it's the airline." This left me puzzled, but I figured it out. The airline is from Moldova. When I sat through a 6 hour layover there because the airline canceled my connecting flight, it became apparent that the entire airport was filled with infants and toddlers. There were many stations and rooms dedicated for child care, as well. So it appears that there is a very high birth rate in Moldova. Good for them! But bad for anyone making a connection in Moldova. It's technically not even a fault of the airline. But I certainly will try to avoid it in the future and buy the more expensive direct flights."
