The staff were excellent considering it was a jam packed flight. We had to wait nearly an hour for our baggage to appear on the carousel. That was a real shame.

Cons: "Your incompetent agents messed up my reservation multiple times. They called my home and emailed asking for a payment, even though my client bought the ticket for me. Then, when I was checking in I realized my name was wrong even though my client has a document that proves she typed the right name. Finally, and AGAIN KAYAK, I arrive at the airport and Turkish Air says the ticket is booked but not ticked. So I had to jump on a 30min wait over the phone trying to solve issue after issue. Never doing business again with Kayak."
Cons: "The grilled cheese sandwiches. They've been in the menu for a while but my family does not enjoy them at all. Tuna sandwich on another flight was much better. Also lack of entertainment. They allow you to access it, then they turn it off. Is such a tease. Plane left late and kept us in very hot cabin."

Cons: "The small space of the economy seating area. It was very crowded and the staff wasn’t too keen on taking plates from passengers after they’ve eaten so often we were stuck with our trays and couldn’t get up or move. Boarding was a pain from Istanbul. The security check was chaotic and I wish they had a more sanitary way of checking everyone’s bags instead of using the same pair of gloves to search every passenger’s bag and do a body check."

This is not new and has been a recurring problem with this flight and turkish airline does not seem to care enough to handle."

Cons: "Flight was delayed by nearly 4 hours due to a cargo loading issue in Mombasa. Communication from Ethiopian Airlines staff regarding the issue & delay was very poor. Passengers were becoming very anxious and tense regarding the flight, if it would depart, and the safety of the plane. Improved communication from the Ethiopian Airline staff would have gone a long way to calming the situation and reassuring passengers."

Cons: "The rest: even mediocre fast food would have been better. The starter was some chewy rosebeef, the main where soggy chicken nuggets. The butter served was rancid! Gross. Also big difference between the older and newest 787! This was the older☹️. Ground crew unhelpful."

Cons: "Once in Abidjan, it became a mess. First we were left waiting for over an hour without any explanation. Then we were told that we had to retrieve our baggage and then recheck them. Hardly anyone spoke English so that was a long and confusing ordeal."
Cons: "2 separate incidents. One, a fight between passengers at ththe check in desk that spilled over before staff could resolve incident. Then at security, after immigration, no cues. Minimal staff overseeing the process. No organization. Early"

I asked to be moved up to any of the 10 open seats in business and they said they can't. It was actually one of the worst flights I've ever taken anywhere in my life."

Cons: "Entertainment system was limited with poor sound quality even in Business. Monitor is too distant in business. Food was mediocre. No announcement was made 45 minutes before landing in Tel Aviv, just an announcement at 30 minutes forbidding movement to the restroom. Tea and coffee were not offered frequently in Business even though several seats were empty and attendants were not overwhelmed. Announcements in English were confused and confusing. NO SIGNS at gate explaining 26 A was for business and 26 B was for economy and these gates were a 3 minute walk from each other. No staff to advise until finally an announcement. Lounge is ‘tired’ with limited food selections. Disappointing all around."

I had to wrestle it to get it up and down while someone held the button and armrest was also broken."

Cons: "3.20pm flight took off at 10.20pm. Sure, the issues were due to bad weather that affected all airlines at Goa airport, but the other airlines recovered as soon as the airport was reopened around 6.30pm. Air India didn’t have a plane show up till 9pm. They even allowed the 6.40pm flight take off before the 3.20pm flight. No announcements letting passengers know what the deal was except telling us that there was a delay. I had to use apps to get the information I needed."
