The seat arrangement from JFK to Istanbul and from Istanbul to JFK is not updated. Since I travelled alone, I felt uncomfortable sitting next to a stranger. There is privacy issue here.

Pros: "Well I liked the idea that I landed safe and sound to see my family"
Cons: "I wish I could get the seat that I wanted because I had a long flight. The girl at the check in didn't give an A row seat :-((("
Pros: "Enhanced security screening is great."
Cons: "Their website reports INCORRECT departure times for their flights!!! BEWARE I travel frequently and Turkish Airlines is posting WRONG information about their flight departures, causing people (like myself) to miss their flights!!!"

I’m assuming it had something to with u.s. security issues with carriers from predominantly Muslim countries. The crew need to check passengers that want to place their feet anywhere except the floor or footrest. I see exactly how fights happen in the planes. It is not ok to place ones feet on someone else’s armrest."

This story is repeating with your airline at 29th July our Turkish Airlines flight from Sarajevo was late for 3hours so we were running at Ataturk Airport to catch connection flight to Istanbul even though we booked 4 hours delay in Istanbul. Cons: "The flight was delayed for nearly 2 hrs, that in itself is not an issues, traffic delays do happen. However, the fact that captain choose not to run air conditioning to save fuel and main cabin, even after numerous requests, was 95 degrees for 2 hrs combined with the fact that airline did not submitted travel information to US Border Protection that also added another 1.5 hrs to clear customs is totally unacceptable... Although THY has the most direct route to/from Moldova from Houston, in the future, I'll most likely will spend more money and more time just to avoid it..."
The plane left Istanbul 1 hour late and the AC was not really working great it was so hot inside and no air. This was my worst flight in a long time since I had a flight with Ryanair.
There is no usb for charging the phone you should provide the water
Pros: "The flight from Istanbul to Prague was fairly basic but everything worked well and was comfortable. The flight was on time. The bags were delivered quickly. There were no problems on the flight as it was relatively quiet. Overall, no complaints."
Cons: "The boarding in Istanbul was via bus, which is not only uncomfortable but impossible to socially distance on. In Prague we deplaned via a jetway. In Istanbul the gate control person was overly vigilant in checking documents. It was very disturbing :("
