Flight went very well. Cabin crew were all courteous and very helpful, always with smiles on their faces. Food was great. I always love heated nuts with wine. Flying business class with Philippine Airlines is always a pleasant experience.

It was never explained why the departure flight was canceled and delayed for 1.5 hours. It would have been nice to stick with the original itinerary.
Many movies do not have captions, which would have been helpful when you have to live with the flight engine noise.

Plane are getting old, almost an hour delay due to technical reson , after all passenger aboard. Took 4 flight on business class this trip and all the planes had an issues. PAL need to improve their planes.

There was something that did not work on every fligjt. No water in business class washroom and inflight entertainment system did not work in business class.
I liked that we got to our destination safely. I did not like the “no” amenities. The plane was very cold and a blanket was only offered for sale. In fact the only things you could get were for sale. Food, water, snack, etc. I’m very surprised that they did not charge to use the lavatory. The seats were uncomfortable and did not adjust. My butt literally hurt after just a 4 hour flight. I don’t remember the cost of the flight, but more than $10 was not worth it. I’ll never fly Cebu airlines again. Ever!
Leaving early was wonderful your seats are for a small person
The staff were excellent, the seat comfort is very poor on a three hour flight, Scoot Airline seats were poor quality also, they are okay for a short flight time of no more than one hour!
Passengers seemed to ignore zone boarding which added some chaos. Actual flight was fine. CebPac charges for water and snacks. De-boarding involved steps from a plane, then a bus and a very long ride to the terminal. Baggage signage was updated after luggage came on the carousel, so this was confusing.
No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down

Kind of worried due to typhoon but yeah we can't do about nature thing. So okay naman kudos to all crews and pilots for the safe landing.

Poor service in Bangkok. Flight attendant is not friendly. You have to buy everything like water and coffee. Expecting for International should have free food or free snacks.
Pleasant airline over all. On time, efficient, nice staff and good food.
Not a good experience. They did not have the food I ordered in advance. The crew is not offer a second snack on a 5 hour flight. The WiFi was either not working or was very difficult to connect to.
Overall service is good, the only thing I would like airasia to improve is there seating. Their seat handles are broken as well as the back rest
Boarding with air asia is excellent via organized lines by zone except when there is only 1 gate agent and no scanner, only by tearing tickets??? Crazy
The flight was supposed to depart at 9:25. It departed at 9:00. Im glad we were early and did not miss it.
