Top airline flying from China to Tel Aviv
Lufthansa was a great airline. Good communication on what to do at 3:00 am in the morning. I had a 6:00 am flight and when I arrived at the airport there were no attendants. But I remember reading info that told where I was supposed to go. My flight from Munich to Chicago was delayed by 30 minutes. I was very happy with that. Would definitely fly with Lufthansa again!

No internet for most of the flight. Very narrow seats. Food was bad. Flight was nearly an hour late with perfect weather, crew offered no explanation or compensation.
Good flight overall But aircraft is little old- 747-400. Hence it is spacious compare to newer 787 dreamliners Asian vegetarian food was reasonably good
The crew was amazing! They were attentive and super polite, clearly very well trained in customer service. Very well run flight altogether!
Plane was bit old and sits were cramped. But flights crews did an amazing job to take care of us. I would consider Lufthansa again just for them.
Poor communication from airline, didn't start boarding until 15 minutes after we were supposed to be in the air and there was no communication from anyone about a delay except the screens showing we were "on-time" and already "boarding" which finally updated 5 minutes after we were supposed to be in the air to "delayed".
the flight was delayed by 2 hours at origin and i missed my baggage at the destination
Boarding was smooth and efficient (no waiting on bridge and in plane). Flight crew was very much focussed on passenger comfort.
The boarding process is not well organized at all. It need to be totally revised with an emphasis on order.
Flight and crew were gone. The entertainment was none because the screen locked up and wouldn't work even after being reset. That's a long flight 9 hours without something to watch.
