The flight was delayed for 1 hour. There's no space for my legs.
The flight was OK, but I don't understand their luggage policy. They allow a trolley per passenger but don't allow personal belonging bag although it is stored beneath the chair in front of you. It doesn't cause any trouble, it doesn't interrupt. Why do they care about it?

Good flight. Easy to board except for other pax that think they own the aeroplane.
We tried to eat something and there were sold out. It is a long flight in dinner time and we could not eat (while in their advertisement they claim to have many things). A shame.
The worst flight we ever had..I ve been attack by another passenger who just throw à bag to me for no reason ...I ask the fligjt attendant to do something...she havent ..she was as rude as the passenger and told me if im not happy à The door is still open I can get out of the plane...it was one of the first time also I 've pay à big extra to have confort sent...and its been hell... I think it was like an extra about 56 euros total ... I regret that I paid for this extra....and for what I get..I deserve respect ....
Everything is good but there was no snacks, they only gave us water without any snacks, check-in online also didn’t work, we had to check-in in the airport

The lady at the check-in got into a complication with the computer and didn't know how to get out of it even though they came several times to help her and direct her until finally the lady from the other position did the check-in. Just before take off they announced a delay that took two whole hours and caused a lot of trouble starting with the fact that we were hungry and they didn't even give us a glass of water (we asked and they said no) I am a sick person who takes medication (diabetes and heart disease). And this delay made me sicker. order a taxi again. after to work. and more
The flight was late with no explanation given to the passengers.
Overall a good experience for a short low cost flight . Boarding and departure was on time, crew was nice, airplane conditions were ok. The Heraklion airport is not convinient at all, especially as it doesn’t have an air conditioner. But this is not related to BlueBird.

The check in was really bad. This was my worst experience as far as i can remember. Very slow without any real reason.
There was a delay on the flight, in addition although there was a delay there was a last boarding sign earlier than the boarding time. So overall - stressed to come quickly to board and then waited a long time and arrived later than planned
