It was a good flight arrived on time with great crew and tasty food.(Business class)

The plain was 1 hour late. The drinking cup are ridiculously small

My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.

Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour

I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.

Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc

Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.

Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.

They lost my lauggage and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. NO ONE IS HELPING! PLEASE HELP FIND MY LOST LAUGGAGE

A disaster. Air France is a real joke. They overcharge us customers for absolutely nothing. Service was very poor, food was mediocre, entertainment non existent, etc. We paid thousands of dollars for our business class tickets and then we were told in Paris we could not access its lounge. Really Air France ? Congratulations on irritating your customers to the sky high level and ensuring we will do everything in our power to discourage others to travel with you.

They again did not offer any functioning WiFi in the transatlantic crossing.

Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.

I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology

My only issue was my meal was inedible except for the sides.

The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

late departure due to some unspecified issue with ventilating the cabin. They got it running but it was FREEZING for the whole flight. I asked for a blanket but they didn't provide one. They could not turn up the heat. it was quite miserable.

Horrible; seating was atrocious - inadequate leg room and seat width tight even for a small individual. Profits shouldn’t be everything!

Everything was perfect except the pad at the top of the seat back. It pushes my head forward in a very uncomfortable position and it is not removable.

They had three choices for snacks - but you could only have one - and they ran out of the dark chocolate before they made it all the way down the aisle... Packed flight - limited service.

I am not an electronic savy. I don't know how to maneuver the APPS for services. Why can't I just buy food without the apps.

Flight home lot's of room shame I never noticed that they ripped my suitcase and didn't notice it to I got toy destination and had to buy new set

Actual flight was smooth but we were delayed 70 minutes. Were promised to make it up to us but were given no refreshments

I had handicap and pre board due to a recent broken arm, was made to find my own help placing carry on baggage in the storage above. My tv and entertainment unit did not work correctly, requested help and it took 30 minutes to get help, she did not fix it or come back to see if it was fixed. I went to her a second time and she did another reset, still did not fix.

Did not fly HOU to SAT as flight was cancelled.

Not good. They charged an additional $70 to check a bag we had already paid for on line with Lufstansa

Amazing! The food was great! Best airline meal ever. The crew was so nice and pleasant.

The plane was crowded, seats narrow, legroom practically nonexistent. The entertainment feature didn't work for my row and nobody was able to/interested in trying to fix it. This was a direct contrast to a very comfortable Lufthansa flight I'd taken from RDU to Frankfurt about a week earlier.

Connecting from Germany with not enough time to go thru TSA and security so many times. Kayak or whomever doesn’t leave you enough time between flights. I made it with 5 min before my zone was called. Too stressful

Delayed take off but I think they waited for passengers.

Check-in was very disappointing. My Seat reservation was no longer honored which I had for several months. Supposedly the monitor was damaged and the seat could not be issued. In the lounge I checked again and the seat had been assigned to someone else so I could not sit next to my wife and no other adjacent seats were available - except right in front of the bathrooms and galley. Very disappointing practices for business class!

Don't fly thru London Awful and huge U need 4 hrs to transfer cuz u have to tale buses to and fro from airplanes Bad business

Staff with low service level, forgetful. Temperature at 15 C and after asking twice to raise the temperature the crew did nothing.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food for an international flight also I wasn't given a toiletry bag which is customary in international flights.

They had about 20-25 people overbooked. Including me. Why is this?? I was put on a flight to NC an hour later with a 4 hour layover. I was supposed to be home at 1045am instead i was home at 7:30pm. An extra day to pay for dog care.

Boarding is not controlled as groups called was not enforced

The plane was clean. The crew were lovely. Food was good - but seat 1D is a poor location. - the crews cupboard is right near your feet and they visited them frequently swishing the curtain from the galley onto my feet everytime also creating a swish of cold air each time & then slamming the door.

This flight was booked with Iberia, but when we got to the airport, it was actually switched to Level. We went to Iberia terminal, then had to be redirected. Ridiculous that we had to pay for a soda on the plane. Also had to pay for earbuds, no pillows. If we had wanted a blanket would have been charged. This is not the British Airways experience. Flight attendant was non existent. Had our call light on for 45 minutes with no response. Attendant charged for a drink, forgot to bring it back. We would never fly Level again. If British airways is going to switch out carriers, We would not fly with them

Horrible food and uncomfortable plane. One toilet was out of service.

Business class is fantastic! Lie flat seats, great meals, privacy, and lots of nice amenities!

Flight to Seattle was fine. We were delayed getting into our gate. The connection time was short and they make you go through security again which was slow.
