I was totally exhausted from the previous flight, not able to sleep at all and when I tried to stretch my legs by sitting sidewards on the aisle a crew member keep bothering me to keep my legs out"
Cons: "Pay close attention when boarding in Cabo as they board multiple flights out of the same gate and it could be easy to get on the wrong bus."

Cons: "Slight problem with making my seat into a bed, which wasn't fixable. Movies were good, except for the trailers before and after each, which seemed to take forever! Didn't get the seats my wife and originally booked with China Southern/Delta, but the substitution was quite adequate! Problems with checking in on flights, as neither airline seemed to be able to deal with this split ticket! But they tried very hard to make thing up to us, which goes a long way to making us feel like we are valued customers!"

Aircraft was old. Boarding crew was rude and unprofessional! Food was bad like real bad. Lufthansa has been the worst airline i flew in in 10 years
Our trip was Lisbon-Frankfurt- Bangalore. When we reached Lisbon Check in there was not anybody at the Lufthansa counter. There was one and a half-hour delay before the aircraft left Frankfurt. The less said about the food the better. I had an Eco Saver ticket. Does it mean that beggars cannot be choosers' type of attitude to passengers is the order of the day?
Flight got canceled and caused a lot of issues. I was stuck in Frankfurt for several hours without any help from Lufthansa personell. They weren’t qualified or couldn’t/ didn’t want to provide help. After my flight was canceled the Lufthansa train was canceled too. After hours a DB employee provided a new train ticket and connection. Lufthansa was not involved in solving the issues they caused.
Cons: "Severe turbulence and many of the Egyptian passengers didn't understand the announcements and were getting up"

Cons: "USB charging didn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t connect. Food was horrible. Cheap pasta. Flight attendants are just German, no warmth or connection, they just gave orders like we were employees. Will try to avoid Lufthansa in future if possible"

The plane to London was definitely a downgrade from the plane to New York. The food options for Muslim meals doesn’t have to be boring. Plenty of nice snacks that are halal. Being given raisins for snack/desert was very weird. Almost as if no consideration for better tasting food for those who opt for a meal preference. Very disappointed.
Cons: "staff Attitude could be better. Also no milk for toddlers but free vine for people to get drunk, be loud on overnight flight, then snore and stink drunk. My table was all in some snort when I opened it to put my meal on. Dirty lavatory floors."
Cons: "No meals served, and no beverages, unless you are willing to pay inflated prices for garbage. They will give you tap water if you ask, and that's that. I still find this approach despicable and unnecessarily stingy, especially since this is BA, not a lowcost."

Cons: "At Heathrow, the boarding agents kept calling few passengers without letting the rest of the passengers know what was going on. Also the boarding was delayed without giving specific reason almost 50 min later. Finallly they said the boarding was delayed to catering and cleanning, which I could not believe since the plane has been on a tarmac close to an hour. Passengers were lining up to board, but one of the gate agent kept asking to sit down without giving any reason. Probable one of the worst boarding experience I have ever had in international flights."
Cons: "They took too long to start boarding group 1 and 2, crew did an awesome job, but flyers don’t keep the cleaning and after four hours is filthy"
Pros: "It was a short trip of less than two hours. So, there was no entertainment, no charging stations for iPhones or iPads to watch personal electronic devices. All food including still water cost money. It’s advertised as this; the staff were very efficient and friendly."

Pros: "Very friendly crew that empathized with the plight of the passengers on board. The poor experiences throughout the journey could have been avoided if United changed it's policies and processes to become more customer focused."
Cons: "So many small things add up to an overall poor experience on a flight, and it doesn't seem like United understands this. 1) WiFI was down. 2) Entertainment screens for several of the passengers on board were not working. The poor lady next to me had a broken screen, and combined with the broken WiFi, she literally just sat in her seat looking forward for several hours (after she finished the podcasts on her phone). 3) For a 5-6 hour flight, food (more than just snacks) were available for only about half the passengers on board. Apparently its an intentional policy of United to only have food available for a portion of the passengers. It wasn't even possible to purchase it if I wanted to because by the time the crew got to me, they were all out. 4) Baggage space under the seat varies wildly depending on your seat. For some reason, the aisle seat has the smallest space I have ever seen in my life (about the size of a shoe box). It was the first flight I have ever been on where I was literally not able to fit a small backpack underneath my seat."

Substitute flight was next day noon - original offer was for late afternoon flight! That flight had poor service. Attendant dawdled so there were no drinks served."

Cons: "Flight delayed appropriately due to weather but staff at United gave out misinformation and apparently not able to keep apace with information some of us passengers finally accessed online from United. The Asheville airport is small and the only restaurant closed - so for 4 hours we were left with no certainty, no food, and incorrect answers. Perhaps it is because airport is small, or the particular staff people were unable to focus. Flight itself was great."

Cons: "After this flight - HK to TLV- I decided to avoid El-Al as much as I can (I fly a lot and have matmid). The year is 2018 and there is no justification for an 11-hour flight with no entertainment. I believe that even the airlines of Nigeria or Sudan already have entertainment on their flights. I take long flights often but usually I sleep on the flight. This time I was awake and it was a horrible experience to fly for so long with absolutely no entertainment. So pathetic in comparison to Turkish Airlines for example which has great entertainment on all its flights. Or even to the selection on the El-Al Dreamliner, which I took on the way to HK and which was really nice. Honestly, I was really ashamed to be Israeli and to be El Al matmid member after this flight, are we so backward that we should be OK with not having the most basic comfort that people in the modern world expect on a long flight?"
