Pros: "Jenna our crew member was amazing. My wife and I traveled with our 5 kids ages 8, 6, 4, &11month old twins. Thought it would be a total nightmare but the crew was so helpful and understanding. They made sure the older 3 got their infotainment system working and setup the bassinets for the twins."

Cons: "The food was old fashioned and stuck in the 1960s. Having an option of Beef brisket or Salmon or two polarizing choices. I opted for the brisket and it was decent but not actually worth finishing. It was too fatty and strange tasting. Boarding in Sydney needs much improved screens and communication."

Cons: "Our first flight got delayed from lax and we missed our connection flight and they wouldn’t let us go on the next flight and instead we had to wait about 7 hours for the next flight!!! Also we got really bad seats on the other flight"
Cons: "Flight was 2 hours late to take off, putting us very close to the time of the connecting flight to NY. Due to that we were rushed in Istanbul and our luggage was not transferred."
Pros: "The service onboard the flight was good as usual. Nice and attentive crew, and tasty food as well."
Cons: "Boarding took too long. The ground crew had all the passengers line up in front of the gate, and wait for about 30 minutes before we were allowed to board. No explanations were given for the delay. The entertainment service needs updating. There didn't seem to be a lot of new movies from the last time time I flew the airline over two months ago."

Pros: "I’ve flown Many airlines in the past but my experience with Turkish airlines was wonderful. The only bad thing was that there was a lot of turbulence. The staff were super helpful, every time you asked for something they provided quickly. The seats were spacious. Great flight entertainment tons of movies to choose from. Food was yummy. Will defenitly fly with Turkish air in the future."
Pros: "The food was good, the entertainment ample and up-to-date, and our flight attendant on that flight was very nice and helpful. My sister is incredibly tall and they were able to put us in an exit row, which was much more comfortable for her."
It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.

Pros: "From checkin to luggage collection - the flight was easy and without hassle. We left slightly later than scheduled but arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Staff from check in to those onboard we polite and professional. The aircraft was clean, bright and appeared in good order."
Cons: "Luggage collection took a little while longer than I would have expected - only a minor point, nothing to change airlines for."
Cons: "Both times into Rome we had to wait on the tarmac for stairs. Either get more stairs or book fewer flights. The planes get hot in July while you wait endlessly on stairs."
Cons: "The flight itself was absolutely fine but we are very unhappy with the what lastminute.com did regarding our tickets. (As you will see when you look at the notes for our case). We shall be seeking legal assistance upon the return from our holiday & contacting you/lastminute.com for compensation."

Cons: "On the check in process we fell force to pay for our seats, we bought the tickets (my wife and myself) in the same transaction and paid with the same card, the check in was made from the app, both at the same and they put us apart (row 6 and row 33) when in both cases were free seats next to us."

I think i should have been allowed to join the other queue at the same spot but went to the back of the other queue. Apart from that it was fine"

Cons: "To start off with there was only ONE person checking people in before the flight, so it took forever. Then the guy at check-in told us we were already supposed to have our boarding passes printed out and that he was not able to print them for us. Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."
