Cons: "This whole flight experience was a nightmare. I understand that there were very serious unforseen circumstances that day, with the Emirates flight from Trivandrum crash landing at the airport. As such the 4 hour delay that was announced was not a problem. The problem came after the airport resumed operations. We were told repeatedly that we would board any moment from 5:30pm onwards. As such, we did not go very far from the gate. We were even invited to go into the gate area no less than 3 times, before we were forced to leave. No one provided information. All we knew was that we were waiting for the crew to arrive. It took another SIX hours (in addition to the 4 hour delay) before we actually boarded. If we had even slightly better information, we could have at least found a comfortable chair a ways away from the gate and gotten a few hours of sleep. But it felt as if the ground staff constantly toyed with us, making us stay within a close radius of the gate but not providing any accurate or reliable information. I have come to expect the best from Emirates. But their actions were pitiful on this day."

One of them even started using my seat back as a support to show her colleagues, who spoke little English, what was a squat. In the process she shook my seat. On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate."

Cons: "LAX security is awful. We never left the airport (arrived LAX from Sydney AU) yet were forced thru security again. Had to remove shoes, was scanned and "frisked" by TSA to get to Denver. To go to Australia, Denver TSA waived the removal of shoes, skipped the scan for the metal detector and no one touched me, ditto for LAX on the trip to Sydney. Where's the uniformity or standards for TSA?? Why did I have to be subjected to this garbage on the way home?? This is why I despise flying. It makes no sense to me. This ruined what was a great vacation."

Cons: "Boeing 767-400ER seats had no leg room for 6'+ traveller like me. The entertainment system was so old that there were no 115v outlets or USB ports. On a 7-hour flight, that is a significant problem for travellers today with multiple electronic devices. Finally, we were not told in advance that we had to go through security twice and through US Customs BEFORE leaving Dublin. So, the 6-hour layover at JFK was a complete waste of our time as we did not have to go through Customs there."

Cons: "My flight from Detroit to Denver was suppose to land at 1:15 ish and I had an interview to make at 3:30 thinking that I would have plenty of time to grab my bags and and get a cab to greenwood which is where my interview was. The flight was delays almost 3 hours and I was not able to make my interview which was the whole reason I flew to Denver in the first place. I understand that things happen but now Im out of a possible job that I was interviewing for and I am also out the $250 that I spent on the flight. The flight was delayed because they didn't have a crew to fly the plane which blindside is always 20/20 however it seems like pretty poor planning."

I used these to get some tomato juice, which was good and a snack box, which contained a small piece of yoghurt bar, crackers, cheese, some nuts, dried fruit, a single mentos, and something else I can't remember. It was alright."

I booked this flight from Tel Aviv to London with 60min.layover in Warsaw, the schedule LOT offered. .The first leg to Warsaw was 30min. late without any announcement and no one mentioned about how it would affected connecting flights. So I asked the flight attendent before lading in Warsaw and she suggested to run throught the security. We thought we might have a chance as we were sitting close to the front rows. Nah, not so fast. It turned out that's not as rsimple as unning between the gates, everyone had to be shuttled to the main terminal and only the business class got a small van and went first, abd we were not allowed on that van even I told the guy we needed to catch the flight. Long story short, we finally made to the gate, Thanks to a LOT personnel pushed us to the front of security check and informed the gate we were coming. We literally RAN after the security to the gate. They reopened the gate to let us in and the aircraft pushed away right after we got on. The luggage, with that tight schedule, of course they would not be able to make the swich to London. So we had nothing except the cloth from Tel Aviv, its about 15C in tempture, we were freezing. Waiting for our luggage to be delivered to our hotel for warm clothes before we can go out"

This lie is based on leaving the middle seat empty. Otherwise teh torture is the same. In short I hope someone will sue the SOB that invented this concept and that was allowed to call this 'business class'. It is nothing short of a fraud."

There was apparently something that went wrong with furl getting into a separate storage tank (that's scary in itself...how does that happen?) and they announced that they couldn't get the fuel tank to fill completely and the mechanics needed to get a "special tool" to complete the process. Then they needed some "tool" to drain the fuel from the mysterious storage tank. That was done and they announced that they had decided that they had plenty of fuel to make it to Denver. An hour and a half later of sitting in a sweltering hot cabin the y announced that the mechanical issues were taken care of BUT we'd have to wait another 20 minutes to take off because of the traffic waiting to leave Heathrow."

After our flight from Madrid to London we were expecting the worse as that flight was dismal. We were pleasantly surprised that this flight was on a clean plane with great amenities."

Primitive and time-consuming transportation system between terminals- Had to ride overcrowded buses packed with so many people that your body was pressed against your neighbor. Inadequate number of restrooms and poor signage to find them. Bad selection of restaurants. Then at the terminal, boarding time listed as 10:40, but they did not even announce the boarding gate until 10:40. Then a 10 minute ride on another overcrowded bus to the plane which you had to board by a staircase (and a staircase to the door on a 747 is no small thing!) Although flight was smooth in the air, the pilot landed so "hard" I thought the landing gear must have been damaged!"

Then the aircraft itself was so old with uncomfortable seats and an almost unwatchable screen. I will never transit through LHR again."

Eventually, a flight attendant gently told them no more to drink and was very good. But it was too late. I have flown a ton and have never heard passengers this loud, in a foreign language. In addition, one of them was quite large with a bald head, thus intimidating. We had a very long day and just wanted to rest and that was not at al possible."

After wondering the airport on the day of our departure, for a BA representative that could help, we were directed to a ticket sales office. Then after waiting for another one (1) hour in a line, the BA representative rebooked our return flights. This was not a good way to start or end a trip!"
