It was...fine. Boarding worked okay, the staff was competent and sufficiently polite, and it was a nice Dreamliner aircraft.
Exactly as you would expect from an Israeli airline (written by an Israeli) - basic service while firmly polite. Don't expect anything extra - they are there to manage the flight, not to make your experience optimal (unless you consider the minimum of getting to your final destination - and then it is great!). They won't give you anything extra, won't pass around water , if you want it - go get it from the back of the plane. They want you sleeping and seated - and while I'm sure that other airlines want the same, here this is well felt.
I was scammed. I never received flight. I had to buy another flight. Airfare assist is a scam and by you using them makes your company fraudulent. please give me refund
The food consist of one sandwich for a trip approximately 4 hours.

The crew were incredible, especially with how unruly many of the travelers were. Loved the pots and hummus and the food in general. The leg room in economy was plentiful, which was a very pleasant surprise!
Did not expect too much, but an initiative to serve a small water bottle without asking for it would be appreciated. A small snack pack would be very nice too. Coffe any one?. Yes - you'll get an over heated chicken sandwich as the on board meal. Sorry - nothing to write home about.
The crew was fantastic, and it was croweded but roomy enough. But the sandwich was horrible and no entertainment at all which is difficult in a flight of more than 4 hours.
We were 3 people together and they seated us apart. My wife and I were both in middle seats which were very tight
The seats in business class were the worse I have ever experienced.
From boarding to disembarking, the whole operation was very efficient.
What we can expect? Soon we will have to travel standing on the hallway. Let me be fair, I had worse experiences with Ryanair.

How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.
the boarding took a really lo g time, we were standing on stairs waiting to walk out to the plane. Seats are uncomfortable but it’s ok for a short trip. There is no entertainment. Follow the rules and will not have any problems or extra charges
You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.
The 50 € boarding fees per ticket are completely unjustified. I lost all my savings because I arrived at the counter barely 5 minutes late (2hrs and 55mine before departure). This feels like an unnecessary penalty. It's especially disappointing considering the initial flight was canceled by WizzAir. I expect a partial refund of the 196 € paid for the boarding.
Boarding kept us waiting for ~15 minutes in the sleeve. Other than that, excellent for a low cost carrier.
Low cost carrier, you get what you pay for. Cardboard-quality seat, no recline, minimum pitch, bus-to-board service (no jetbridge), and overworked/underpaid flight attendants. But, they got the job done on-time with no major catastrophes.
The behavior of the front desk and lack of explanation of hidden fees and prices in emails send pre-flight marred things up. 1 star

Flight schedule was modified and the final departure time delayed.
Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.
The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.
Check in took very long. All three priority agents left for lunch or something and the line did not move.
The lady at the check-in got into a complication with the computer and didn't know how to get out of it even though they came several times to help her and direct her until finally the lady from the other position did the check-in. Just before take off they announced a delay that took two whole hours and caused a lot of trouble starting with the fact that we were hungry and they didn't even give us a glass of water (we asked and they said no) I am a sick person who takes medication (diabetes and heart disease). And this delay made me sicker. order a taxi again. after to work. and more
The flight was late with no explanation given to the passengers.
Overall a good experience for a short low cost flight . Boarding and departure was on time, crew was nice, airplane conditions were ok. The Heraklion airport is not convinient at all, especially as it doesn’t have an air conditioner. But this is not related to BlueBird.

The check in was really bad. This was my worst experience as far as i can remember. Very slow without any real reason.
There was a delay on the flight, in addition although there was a delay there was a last boarding sign earlier than the boarding time. So overall - stressed to come quickly to board and then waited a long time and arrived later than planned
