Even though we called emirates customer care to afd oyr name in assistance when we booked the ticket but at airport they said we cannot privide any assistance . Moreover one of our family member had wheel chair assistance they never provided wheel chair at Dubai airport reason being they said they have shortage of wheel chairs. Such a bad experience we had !! I will never recommend anyone to travel with Emirates."

The official wanted to see my itinerary since I left the US, and all if the places I had visited! (That was a month after the start of my trip since I was on my way back from my vacation). The seats are made for people who are 5 feet tall and skinny. The airport was so busy that we had to Wait inside the plain for over an hour because there was (taxiing traffic) and could not get on the take off Lane."

Cons: "I nearly missed my connecting flight because of how poorly organized Ataturk airport is. Disembarking was extremely time consuming; there were few signs instructing connecting passengers where to go; and the employees of the airport were extremely unhelpful and gave conflicting information. I made my flight with only minutes to spare after going through two security and passport checkpoints and sprinting an entire wing of the airport. I will never fly through Ataturk (or anywhere in Turkey) again."
Cons: "I picked a window seat very early on through a phone call to a Turkish Airline agent in the USA, but when I checked in online, the seat assigned to me was gone and I was put in a middle seat while there were many other seats available. This erasure of the record and random seat assignment nullify the effort on the part of the passenger (making a call is not a trivial act these days because of the long waits) and generate uncertainty in the minds of the travellers. Hope you can improve on this point. That will make an even better impression on the passengers."

Once the boarding sign went on and all passengers gathered in line, we were left waiting standing up for almost an hour because there was a delay.
It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.
The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.

The boarding process was fast and easy , but the airport sign was not up on the board, so it was hard to know the correct gate , on the airplane there was NO Snacks and NO water …. Everything needs to be purchase …. It’s not worthy for the price we paid !

Pros: "For the price, you just can't beat Ryanair. The only thing that spoilt the flight were 3 drunk passengers opposite and behind who were noisy and kept annoying other passengers, however the cabin crew handled the problem very well."
