₪639 Find Cheap Flights to Trieste - Compare and Save

1 1/2 hours delayed boarding at JFK caused us to almost miss connecting flight in Rome. Only 30 minutes of time to run from one end of FCO to the other for connecting flight. Not very easy to do for older travelers.

Comfortable seats with sufficient leg room. However, the female flight attendant spoke English and Italian so fast that it was impossible to understand anything she said. There was no entertainment option. No wifi. No milk for tea (only powered milk which is terrible). I appreciate being able to take a carry on. Crew was nice. Plane was clean.

Flight was smooth and event less. The crew is very professional, good looking and efficient. Food quality is good but the bread rolls (made in India) were too hard.

Staff was nice but seat is not what I expected

Our flight was canceled when we landed in Rome to go to Boston along with three other flight cancellations. They couldn’t get us out that day and told us we would fly Delta the following day. They then told us to look for a desk in the airport to get a voucher for the hotel, transportation and meals. Nobody knew where this desk was. We searched around the airport around the ITA area and nobody could lead us to the desk. Once we found the desk, the line was so long. It took seven hours of waiting in line to get our vouchers to get to the hotel transportation and meals. ITA could do a better job in helping stranded passengers get to their hotel instead of waiting in line for seven hours.

Boarding to the plan was smooth. The plan itself was fine but the entertainment system work only on some seats (in our 3-seats row area only one seat had a working system). Landing not on a shoulder is very uncomfortable (departing the plan and travel in buses like it used to be 35 years ago)

The seats needs to be spruced up , for a long flight very uncomfortable , cushions are worn out but everything else is very good , crew is great.

ITA cancelled my flight and I was not able to make it to my connection flight. I had no choice but to book a totally different ticket, different airline and pay for a flight that I can't afford. ITA keeps saying I will get full refund, but I can't believe it.

I heard that ita airways was not good but my experience was very solid

More than 2 hours late and no food because of a problem with the catering. The flight was super full and there wasn’t enough space for the hand bags. A lot of space for improvement.
