Also, you didnt give me chance to downgrade in order to change the dates more easily. I always fly through BA and I love the easy it is to change dates, but this time you disappointed me. I usualy choose BA because its easy and non expensive to change dates in my flight but now I may be open to book with other airlines."

Cons: "I was told I would be able to choose the seats only 24 hours before the flight by going online. I tried to choose the seats online but could not have access to the site. I then called the number provided to ask for more help, and was told that I could then only choose the seats at the check in time. I was at the airport 2 hours before the flight schedule to book my seat and was told them that I could only choose the seats at the gate. Once I got at the gate I asked the person to please give me a seat at the aisle for medical reasons but after waiting until the boarding process had started I was giving a middle seat. Not only I was treated as a stand by passenger that had not purchased the tickets I was put nt on group 8 and at the moment of boarding the gate personal aggressively grabbed my carry-on bag because they insisted there was no more spaces in the compartment above heads. Once I got inside of airplane I saw many empty compartments available for carry-on luggage. I wish I had not purchased my ticket with Iberia Airlines operated by American Airlines. It was not a good, pleasant experience and do not recommend. I wil certainly avoid in the future and not travel this way another time. Thanks"

For example... if you want to make boarding quicker, build the cost of checked luggage into ticket prices so that you don't have people carrying everything on and clogging up the process. Or use the existing and publicly available research to improve boarding mechanisms... but that would mean you lose an opportunity to squeeze extra cash out of people for 'priority boarding'. This phenomenon is real, and currently be investigated by congress. Call your senator."

Why don't airlines schedule a minimum 3hours between Int'l-domestic connections. half the plane was stressing and freaking out about missing their connection even though the plane landed on time. "AA is not responsible for customs/security delays". Well, your customer service agents would have a lot less work if you didn't have to reschedule 100 people per flight. The time the plane drives/parks at the gate, you get off the plane and make it through customs, get your bag, recheck it (if need be, we didn't this time though), get through security and get to your gate, you'll be the luckiest person in the world to do that in less than 90 minutes."

Also I couldn't self check In either! had I been able to do this I would have made my flight, this airport is small I would have walked thru security in 5mins. Didn't make any sense to me at all. I was highly disappointed with Alaska and American. Alaska made me buy a new ticket and when I asked the American counter they didn't understand why I had to pay, they said I should have just been re booked!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed 4 hours. The person in the counter would not tell us what's going on. They would say in 10 minutes the flight is leaving. That way we were 4 hours waiting. Nonetheless, we were waiting in the gate and the personal change the flight information for another flight and no body told us why. When we went to see in the big screens with all the flights. which was the new gate for the flight it kept saying the same gate. When I went to ask what's going on the person in the counter was very rude."

If you offer seats on rows with no window, it should be at a discounted fair and the airlines should explain there is NO window on that row. (This would be extremely helpful for those that experience claustrophobia.) I was very disappointed because there was NO window. One of the flight attendant that served me drinks was very agitated (she was having a very bad day) and it was apparent in her service."

I understand that I did not shell out the class to fly business class, but it's not okay to not feed a pregnant woman. Additionally, when I was flying form you were not allowed t bring water onto the plane. The flight attendants only provided me one small water bottle an two small cups of water. I asked for more but they said no :( I will never fly United again"

I got on a flight the next morning, but they changed the gate/terminal 3 times, so I was forced to shuffle all around the airport on no sleep. Finally got my flight out, after another delay. Cons: "Typical complaint, I'm sure. The seats are way too small and uncomfortable. Movie/tv selection was poor. Delta had a much better selection. Even us airways/American has a better selection. Since the seats are so small and uncomfortable, it would be nice to have a decent movie to watch and try to zone out for the long flight. I doubt I'll fly United overseas again. I guess you get what you pay for...no frills. Crew was very nice."
