First stage they called people to board by category first people that needed more time then families with small children etc. HOWEVER, the put all of us in an intermediate room and the door to the gate was closed. They passed everyone so when the gate door opened everyone were trying to get to the gate and there was no order. That was stupid to say the least. Turkish could have waited the couple of minutes needed to get the gate open!!! and save the hassle!"

Cons: "British airways pushed the flight time which made the original connection flight from Heathrow impossible. They notified justfly the company who we used to book the flight and told them the reservation would be cancelled. Only justfly never did something about that. They did not notify us about any changes and when we arrived at the airport the lady at the counter told us we don't have a reservation even though justfly happily took our money. If it weren't for the BA staff who rebooked is through Air France we probably wouldn't have made it."

No wifi even in Business class! Someone in senior management of BA needs to fly SQ, Cathay, Qatar, Emirates and learn what can be improved. Most of these airlines have better service in economy than business on BA!"

Cons: "Their own employees didn't know that the flight was delayed, though their app had sent out a notice, and they refused to let me go through security, having already given away my seat more than an hour before the flight actually left. Then they refused to admit responsibility and do anything to help except to continue to put us on standby on their own full flights, knowing we wouldn't be able to get on one of those flights for at least a few days. They did finally give us a hotel for just one night and that was only after we kept reminding them that this was all their fault."

Pros: "British Airway's service is cordial and comfortable, which goes a long way to making the entire trip the same. Obviously they have no or little control over potholes in the air and wind turbulence."
Cons: "The flight was scheduled to arrive 2 hours before our connecting BA flight departed Heathrow. Unfortunately because of loading delays on our original flight, we arrived in Heathrow 40 minutes late. The crew said that 60 minutes is the designated minimum but we used all of the 80 minutes plus, and it airport was NOT crowded. If BA is connecting to BA, then you have a responsibility ahead of time to address this problem and keep connecting passengers from getting overly distressed in a strange airport."

Cons: "The boarding process was chaotic, everyone ran to board and it wasn't clear who could board when, there was no wifi on the plane, the "screens in the headrest" were not functioning, and the ones that were were SO OLD that you could see the lines on the screen where you were supposed to touch, entertainment was terrible, and we sat on the runway for over three hours because "the left engine wasnt starting" only to discover two hours later that a latch was frozen which is why it didn't start, so they defrosted it and then we flew. WTF?!"

Pros: "Check-in Ticket printed by BA staff at the airport had the wrong gate number so I was sat in the wrong part of the terminal until I got suspicious and double checked the screens to find my flight had started boarding elsewhere. Entertainment system had a screen from the mobile phone you owned more than a decade ago. Breakfast was a Kellogg's chew bar. Staff onboard were excellent."

Pros: "Bos->Toronto Good Air Canada at Boston Logan airport has there own gate area with only 3 gates. This reduces the security line for faster security check. However this also causes problems with PreCheck. See below."
Cons: "Bad There is only one line for security at Air Canada Boston Logan because of the small volume at this check point. Because of this, PreCheck passages need to hold onto there bording pass as they go through security. The first security person who checks ID and boarding pass only told my wife not to take off her shoes. He did not tell her to hold on to her boarding pass, so she put it into the bin for x-ray stuff. So later security personnel then told her to take off her shoes and gave her a body scan because her boarding pass was already in the x-ray machine. I always hold on to my boarding pass thru security but had to take my computer out of my carry-on."

Cons: "Air Europa is is budget airline, and things you expect to not always work. I could not check online, because the web site did not work. When checking in at the airport, I paid extra for exit and bulkhead row seats for my family, after which the agent told me that the seas were in different parts of the airplane. The agent was not willing to refund the money I paid and give us ordinary seats. Apparently, with Air Europa, money goes only one way. Still, cheap, so may be attractive."

Cons: "First, this airlines charges up to $150 for the first checked bag. They don’t even inform you of this at any moment while purchasing you ticket. You find this out when you get to the airport. Second, they charge you for everything in this flight. They say the entertainment is complementary, but you have to pay for headphones. On the shorter flights, they even charge you for water!"

Cons: "The website would not allow me to check-in on my phone or my laptop. Had to retry 5 times. Finally when the boarding pass was sent it did not have a barcode. I was able to repeat the check-in to have a barcode in the app but then the reader at security would not read it! I had to go back to the check-in desk for help. AirEuropa web needs to get their act together."

Pros: "Two meals and some in-flight entertainment. Not too bad. You can order a special meal (such as vegetarian) by calling the service center, and it's served first."
Cons: "Red-eye flight, econ seat uncomfortable for sleeping. Fewer entertainment options than other airlines"

Cons: "We were not allowed to check in online and we had to be at the airport hours to check in physically but there was no counter with airEuropa, so we had to wait until the people arrived then we had to make line which was long! We had issues with our bags so we had to check them in, which was okay since it was free. The space in the airplane was so tight that it was not comfortable at all."

The bathrooms early into the flight were dirty and one had no toilet paper the entire flight, making me wonder if any were cleaned between flights. Having TV's is a nice option to pass the time on a long flight. The problem was the seats were so close it was uncomfortable to watch them."

Pros: "Everything worked reliably (with one exception). The flights actually arrived earlier than expected. A plus."
Cons: "The audio in the in-flight entertainment system did not work (at all). A minor annoyance overall, since you usually sleep on overnight flights anyway."

Pros: "The plane was on time, but the boarding process was chaotic. The flight attendants were nice."
Cons: "The seats were so small. I am 5'2" and had no leg room. I don't know how anyone who is taller fits. The food was really poor and my entertainment system did not work. Also, the gate was not posted on the board until right before the flight boarded and the boarding process was chaotic at best."

Cons: "Air Europa lost my bag for 6 days. I picked it up at the airport finally the 7th day of my trip. They found it on day 3 but took 4 entire days to ship it from Boston. Awful. We were also delayed 3 hours in Madrid with no compensation, we got a "snack" voucher that totaled $5. It was terrible and I will never fly this airline again."

Cons: "The condition of the plane was very poor, and the space is also very small & uncomfortable. The food was not good either."

Pros: "Boarding was delayed by almost 2 hours and the reason given in the terminal speakers was "due to a crew change". This delay was ignored by the captain and crew upon boarding the plane 2 hours later. Even a simple apology would have been nice. The crew seemed a bit tense and the service was ok, not more. Some symbolic compensation would have been in place."

Cons: "The plane was very, VERY old and extremely uncomfortable. This was an overnight flight, they turned down the cabin light for the first ten minutes but then it was on for four hours, making it impossible to sleep. There was no in flight movie, and there was no way to turn off the antiquated cumbersome seat TV. Really awful to get off the plane and be exhausted. They didn't offer food to the inside rows, only to the window side. When you asked you got an annoyed glare."

Pros: "terminal E7 was filled about 15 AE personnel standing around doing not much of anything. Not even simple announcement welcoming or informing the customers of why its flight was delayed. They were busy greeting their own VIP's heading in and out of the business class. When asked what's going on, the AE personnel simply stated 'just wait'"
Cons: "At the security, i was turned away because TSA will not take Air Europa's electronic boarding pass. When I went back to the check in counter, I asked why, no answer from three people at the check in standing around. Again, indifferent attitude. Shouldn't AE inform customers of this time wasting problem? No self check in kiosks."

Cons: "Everything, no communication, poor handling of the situatition, gate attrndant really rude and looked unprepare or untrainned."

Pros: "On our way to CCS-Madrid the crew was wonderful, i'd pay with my debit US card with any issues, then when we came Rome to Madrid, the crew was wonderful."
